Great value BUT for the amount I spend (£150-160 per week as have a large family) they never give youdiscount codes like wow for the amount I spend at least give me a few £5 vouchers here and there for shopping ain’t your! So many other food shopping sites do

So buy rotten food from Iceland but you wont get a refund unless you sign up to a bonus card,which then allows it to spam you with unwanted junk mail & messages.
Speaking to customer service is like trying to communicate with a robot, absolutely useless.
They may read these reports but they obviously don't care about losing customers.

Ordered online. Received 3 kilograms of fresh meat. All due to be used withn 24hours of when I received it.I'm a single man, I'll use like 300grams of it and rest goes in the bin, thanks.. I dont know who does the picking for deliveries but he needs to learn reading numbers

We have been customers with Iceland since lockdown. The service,quality of foods and delivery hasusually been fine (except for the odd rude delivery drivers)I really don't want to write a negative review, but I got to! On our last delivery, the driver just threw our shopping inside our door,and just stood there panting and sweating for at least 5 min after, so asked him if I 'could help him with anything' he just looked furious! This was such an unusul and intimidating experience, so we just stopped ordering from them.(and went to another supermarket instead)Big shame. #223774203

Had a delivery but wasn’t until after Van had gone most of my eggs were badly cracked or broken stuckto box with the white stuff went on box I think if they have to take a photo of the delivery bags obviously had problems in past somewhere never used to do it anyway back to the point I then think they should wait while we check on the shopping cuts both ways Don’t you think ?

Iceland overall are pretty good for freezer food for the food cupboard and house hold cleaning ect they're great.No problems with availability most of the time. Fresh produce is a bit hit and miss sometimes very good other times not. However a call to the store and they were helpful and did replace the items. I was very disappointed with a worbortons loaf being delivered with only two days date on it so that had to be put straight in the freezer have to say though the bread was enjoyed and it's not typical for Iceland to deliver bread with such little shelf life The fridge products have a reasonable date usually. I would recommend Iceland they are overall very good and have a next day delivery service or you can choose a slot to suit you for about a week ahead which is really good. THEY ARE FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY. They have loads of brilliant deals half price ect. Online shoppers don't get a till receipt only your email confirmation I had to request it and got a print out of my order confirmation. I think receipts should be given as standard same as if we shop in store.
