Non- responsive to issue of my posting not receiving any traffic, yet the bill is accruing substantially.I am being charged for services not rendered.
Indeed expressed support of small businesses, but their actions state otherwise.
This issue has been going on for over a week with no resolution.

Do people actually want to work right now?

I really like the setup and ease of use of Indeed and was excited to use it. I just don't think the applicants are really interested in getting a job.I believe a good portion of candidates are only looking to show they applied for a job in order to continue receiving unemployment benefits.
I have hired 4 people, 2 of which didn't take the job the day they were supposed to start, 1 quit after working 2 weeks and the other didn't work out because they could not type.
Now I'm interviewing again and out of the 12 people I have tried to set up interviews with, 6 have responded saying they would like an interview but only 3 of those have accepted an interview. I ran into this same problem trying to hire the last 4 people for 2 different positions.
I don't think any of this is a result of Indeed or their platform, I just don't think people want to work right now since they can paid more through unemployment due to the CARES Act and extended paid benefits.
Has anyone else run into the same thing?

No Customer Service!

I own a small company and wanted to use what I thought was a free job listing service to post for one part time,temporary job. I gave them my credit card information because I thought it was necessary in order to post a job. I was not requesting to post a sponsored job that required payment. I ended up with a bill of $224 just from emails received from the job post. I have no idea if any of them are qualified and did not expect or want to pay for the listing. The worst part of this experience is that it has been impossible to contact them. I sent an email and so far have gotten no response from their customer service.

Indeed Canada sells personal information

I believe Indeed Canada sells personal information. I have used Indeed for the past 14 mths.Since signing up I have been bombarded with spam email from insurance companys. Recently I added the word mature to my resume and the spam emails for mature senior services started. I closed my account and with-in a week the spam emails stopped. I did this 4 times in a year. Sign up scam emails start. Delete and they stop. I have not received a call for any job even though I apply daily. I am qualified but only get notifications saying that the employer has decided not to move forward with my application. Or my resume is not looked at at all. Indeed lists hundreds of new jobs a week in my field and city but still no interviews. I signed up for the Ontario Government job site. This site makes sure ALL the jobs are legitimate. They have perhaps 5 new jobs a week in my field. Indeed is a complete waste of time. Hours spent every day for a year on outdated or fake job posts. Re-post after re-post. Calls or a visit to a company website show they have no current job openings. Twice in the past month a company based in the UK posted over 1400 fake jobs in the customer service field. These jobs linked to another site that asked for personal information. It took Indeed over a week to remove these scam fake job postings. Less than 2 weeks later the jobs were back with hundreds more added. All the scammers did was change the company name and re-post the same jobs. There is a pandemic and yet Indeed lists hundreds of new jobs a day. HUNDREDS. Yet the legitimate job sites list a tiny fraction of that. Honestly feel like I have been scammed and my time wasted.

As a small business we were looking to double the size of our team in a reasonably short period of time.From start to finish Indeed have been a complete drain on our time and limited recruitment budget. Initially the account was disabled, in order to direct me to a “client success” number. They advised some changes and my account went live. Then I was called by my “personal account manager”. My adverts were not performing so after taking advice from their set-up team I was advised to increase both my budget and per click amounts. Despite advising the “personal account manager” of both my budget and timeframe-these actions have massively exceeded my costs with zero return. In order to make these changes I was promised a refund for the amount on my account thus far (nearly £350) which has never materialised. No candidates, no-one recruited and nearly £500 out of pocket! I feel like a fool-AVOID!! This is a scam!

It's just the worst experience ever!!!!!! I payed more than $440 for one week for 2 jobs and I had 2real interviews with real people.
They just take your money and you can not do nothing except pay more than $30 a day and wait applicants.
It's very strange also because it seems that sometimes it's not even real applicants!!

Capped my job advert for 3 days. One day was £6. After 3 days they kept charging me daily!!
Just gotemail saying that I need to pay almost £100 because I did not cancel it as I chose to pay for 3 days ONLY!!!!

I found their website very difficult and I am constantly having technical issues with it.I finally decided to stop my listing but I cannot even log in to do that and their customer service phone line kept me on hold forever.
