I ordered an item from Innos on the 26th of March , I never received any confirmation or anything to say that my parcel has been dispatched.However they’ve happily taking the money! I am very disappointed as I really wanted to try the product after reading some good reviews on Amazon, so ideally I would like to receive the product I’ve paid for and not a refund.

Recently purchased a stack from Inno Supps as well as some additional add on like the turmeric and beets,and the probiotics. My order came relatively fast and well packaged.
I have been using this product for a week. I absolutely love it. With the change in my diet routine and and a new workout regime I can’t wait to see the results a few months in.
Only issue I have is that with my purchase I was suppose to receive a few complimentary items. I didn’t receive the drawstring bag and I reached out and inquired about it. After a few emails the end result was that they ran out due to high sales but if I make another purchase they would be sure to give me a replacement for the item they missed on this purchase. Lol
I find that to be poor customer service as the issue is with this order. Not such much that I care about the item as I do about how they handled it. So, I have to deduct some stars....Great Product but a some shabby service.

I was a bit frustrated when I got the wrong flavor of Volcarn 2000. I ordered the pink star blast and got the tropical blast.I hit them up on Instagram and literally got a response in 2 minutes. Within 10 minutes, they had submitted for a new product to be shipped to me. Thanks guys and you've got a long term customer here.

Big Inno Supps fan here! I can't believe these other reviews of people complaining about shipping times or calling out Scam!Typical cancel culture participation trophy recipients. Inno is a great company and really the only product line that I've seen that doesn't add a bunch of artificial sweeteners in their products. Sucralose seems to give me allergies so I stay away from it and their products taste good without it

I accidentally had my order sent to the wrong house and contacted customer service two days after placing the order.They got back to me within about 30 minutes and adjusted it and it arrived the next day, no problem. Overall, great company with really good products.

Checkout process is a massive hassle as they keep throwing an absurd amount of other "offers" your way,which is INCREDIBLY annoying when all you want to do is place something in a basket and checkout. Shipment is absurdly long - takes over 2 months for something to arrive.
The supplements themselves are pretty basic and nothing special. Not FDA approved. Their bundles/packages are a massive letdown - many of the products are fillers and useless. The others "work" but are wildly overpriced vs other comparable brands that offer better results.

Why are most people complaining and calling this company a scam over order and delivery times?Yes it took my order to get here longer but the minute I emailed customer service I got an answer within the hour. I’ve tried non stimulant alternatives over the years only to be disappointed and still left feeling unwell. On a few of these products now and have seen my weight drop in a few days and have felt no bad side effects. Please rate this company on the power of their products which is why you bought them in the first place and not their delivery times
