Upgraded membership through IOS app, money were withdrawn but membership stayed the same.Not sure if it’s technical problem from Apple or Internations. Customer support solved problem in couple of days after checking my profile

Please do not leave your bank card details with them. You will be charged, you won't be eligible for a refund,and you will have to deal with rude customer "support" team that doesn't care about you. I now need to officially block them from my bank to prevent a possible renewal later in the year - that will be my precaution reading the rest of the comments. It is unbelievable that such companies still exist in the EU - dodgy, shady way to renew your subscription, and on top of that, they do not send reminder emails! I DO NOT RECOMMEND them - TOTAL SCAM!

Awful company. I paid for the whole year in 2020 and due to pandemic didn't even attend one event and they automatically renewed it for the whole year again.And when I ask them to cancel they refuse. I have to now pay for 2 years without using it? Awful policy. None of the companies in US where I have monthly or annual memberships did this at the time of pandemic all very understanding. You can definitely see the huge difference in customer service..

It's THIEF site!!! DO NOT USE! Don't fall in the trap! They were masking the automaticaly activated autorenewal option and later,they autorenew and charge for the whole year, without sending you informational e-mail before they renew your subscription. When politely asked to cancel the renewal, just a day or two after the renewed subscription, they were acting rude and unpolite, puting themself on the first place, hiding behind some german laws, like pu*sies. The customer is placed always on the last place.
