Your continued avoidance of addressing this in an intelligent manner makes one wonder about the lack of common sense.You twist comments and continually avoid responding and answering my comments or questions addressed to you. You continually show your tunnel vision and inability to consider the big picture. I advised you why I was not able to complete the lessons ,however that is not acceptable to you, nor the reason for no correspondence till December.
Again don’t tell me what I know or don’t know. You should also look up the definition of theft to see that it does apply in this situation. You continue to ignore and avoid requests to provide evidence to support your false claims. This definitely reflects on your lack of cooperation.
You continue to avoid providing evidence that I sent you emails in October. When asked for clarification, you completely avoid answering . Such as what is a hospital certificate. You refuse responding when asked to pay for a hospital report, knowing full well that the cost is most likely more than the refund amount. Totally shows your tunnel vision and inability to make rational decisions. When asked to provide evidence of my acknowledgement and acceptance of your lesson and refund requirements, you again avoid and provide no response.
You closed out the incomplete lessons and also the teacher received compensation for work not done.
I outlined two suggestions and recommendations on how to bring the matter to a close, however you are too focused on finding ways to decline. The suggestions are:1) refund for the incomplete lessons or 2) credit for the incomplete lessons. However as stated , common sense is lacking on your part.read more
