I extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service I received with JetBlue.We had a legitimate bomb threat at fll and agent at check in had us go through security ( being a bomb threat it was extremely long) she knew we wouldn’t make why make us waste all that time? I had to organize another route as they had know flights available for later. Being I didn’t call that day which was damn there impossible. I didn’t get one credit and spent 700$. Unreal they are no better than spirit and not worth the budget price.

Drop in service, quality and attitude (coming from a loyal True Bluer)

I use to fly this airline religiously since they opened back in NYC! That’s how loyal of a jetblue customer I am (was).I have almost never had a poor experience w them! However , over the past few months I have been noticing a drop in all around service and quality . They legit with some recent airline changes have turned fkn sh*ty like their competitors. Passive aggressive service to the point of verbally aggressive. They now act like wardens and walk around to just catch who tf “might” be out of compliance . Customer service went from being normal and decent to patronizing and literally nasty passive aggressiveness. Like this whole pet ESA policy they went from petting and loving my 8lb mini Doxie to now they have to keep repeating she “HAS TO STAY IN HER CARRIER ALL TIMES” and meanwhile I didn’t even take her out but I swear to you it’s almost like they were expecting me to do it and I’m telling you the poor thing stayed inside for 5+ hours where as last time they even encouraged her to sit at the empty seat next to me and I kid you not brought a pillow for her. Regardless they can make a million excuses for getting rid of ESA rule but this is a complete 100% 360 attitude. That is just one of many instances of garbage attitude from them. The whole flight felt more like a flying Handmaid’s Tale Airlines where the “Martha’s” are just walking up and down the aisle waiting for someone to f**ck up something . And this is a customer that has their stupid Trueblue program for over 15 years now, almost always gets even more space seats or on occasion fly Mint. Massive attitude change along with customer service change and all around quality . Which fkn sucks they were legit my fav airline.

I was trying to book a flight for my mom on a credit from a previously cancelled flight.I was on hold for TWO HOURS and the credit expired while I was on hold. They would not extend the credit. I am FLOORED by how bad their customer service has gotten. And this was in a pandemic when most airlines are trying to be a little more accomodating! Fly ANYTHING else!

Why would any airline serve a snack on a three hour flight so everyone who does not respect COVID can unmask,eat and chat? This from an airline whose policy is to deplane one row at a time to ensure social distancing. Talk about paying lip service to its customers’ health. Wow!
