Another corporation that puts money first. Start your baby off with a good dusting of asbestos? No,but they will continue selling it in the name of profit in countries that can be exploited. I tried to discuss their use of single use plastics, to no avail, such as the rediculously over engineered, single use Nicorette Quickmist nicotine spray. This could easily be made to use refills which would make it much cheaper and not end up in the gullet of a whale. Not to mention the packaging which is the same again in plastic. Of course they couldn't give a dam as long as the bucks roll in. Carcenogens, opioids, plastic pollution, typifies corporate big pharma philosophy, bottom line and to hell with health. Customer service/J&J refused to compensate me for a bad and dangerous product.

The customer service team refused to pay for damages caused by their product. I had a small amount of the UltraLight Cleansing Oil splash my wood painted mirror.when I immediately wiped it, the paint was removed a few layers down! My eyes were also feeling a burning sensation. I called as soon as they opened and I was told they are not responsible for this and would only replace the product.
What chemical did they use that could cause the paint to burn off? What did I just put on my face? I am uphauled by the lack of responsibility they took. I provided pictures and I sent back the product for testing and I did not receive any results, nor will they call/email back at each of my calls! I am disgused.
They said someone from legal would call me back and nobody did. I have tried numerous times, and the robotic and scripted responses from customer service are always the same. I have requested for escalation and still no return call or email.
I have used Johnson & Johnson products my entire life and never had a problem.
I obviously experienced a rare and bad batch of this make up remover. I understand that this MAY happen, but they should take ownership of this and compensate the customer and perhaps show some remorse and concern!. Absolutely disgusted.read more

This is the trusted brand of my family since I was a kid. They are known for affordable but good quality products.I love using their baby products especially baby powder and cologne. I never encountered any bad experience about using them. I recommend it to others.read more

For any one who does not know Johnson and Johnson donated large amounts of money to Trump,it may very well be that a minority of people liked the mad man but the majority did not and it may be worth considering purchasing this companies offering when you consider the turmoil they helped to createread more

I know I reviewed them before yet I still want to voice how horrible this company is.Plus keep in mind this is from my experience & it is MY OPINION Reason: they have put a poisonous product as the talcum powder out there & cause harm to people & take forever to settle cases. They took over a prosthesis making company & same issue. One of the product's from this company, DePuy which Johnson & Johnson owns so they are ultimately responsible for any product that is made by this company & on the market. The product FAILED causing severe Pain; incapacitating life style; device ed-bonded meaning glue gave way so device was mobile in leg..... Yet again this company is taking forever to finalize the settlement!!!!!!! I was told a real person takes responsibility for their actions. They are held accountable for actions. Yet it seems, (again my opinion), that Johnson & Johnson is just ignorant & not owning up to their failures. If you are proven wrong, which I believe you have been proven wrong in talcum matter & prosthesis matter, ADMIT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY & PAY UP FOR THE DAMAGES YOUR PRODUCTS CAUSED! Update 5-14-20 As far as I know, DePuy Synthes, owned by Johnson & Johnson, still delaying or ignoring making final payment for case. There is an old expression to"Pony up" & for such as large company they are NOT taking responsibility & paying up. (from what I can assume from what is occurring w/ my case)8-20-20 still no final pay out from J&J. How ignorant & uncaring as NOT to take responsibility for their negligence. Update: even after signing a settlement agreement more then a year ago, J&J still has NOT paid out on agreement. What a disgrace!!! Yet again, I guess look @ all who suffered from the talcum powder cases.... J&J you're deplorable; disgusting; greedy; uncaring how you impose injury on people & yet I wonder: can you truly sleep good @ night with all the damage you & your subsidiaries' have caused people?read more
