I have been a Pal for a long time now

I have been a Pal for a long time now, I have never had a job this wonderful. The members are amazing.I love being able to care for them, listen to them, eat brunch with them, clean there homes for them, take them on grocery runs, doctors appointments, and more. My member are my family. I have grown to LOVE this job, my seniors and the people i work for at the company. For example, Justin(the supervisor), is one of the BEST people I have ever had the pleasure of working for. When i have a situation, he stops what hes doing and immediately help me and ALWAYS resolve any issue that i am currently having. Roxanne, shes another person who's always there fopnr me and my members when we are in need. This company is fairly new and of course in the very beginning there were some kinks they had to work out, but this is the best job i have ever had. Also, being able to be there for my seniors is the best exerpience ever, MY 87 year old senior is torn to pieces because she just lost her husband, and because of covid guidelines, their health insurance wont allow us PALS to go to the homes anymore, for the safety of the members and us workers, but I really wish something can be done or some seniors could still have visits because right now, my member needs a hug and not being able to give it to her because of COVID Is very hard. She is really having a hard time, she needs a hug, someone to keep her company, and someone to just be there for her and just being on the phone sometimes isnt enough. I wish i was able to go for walks with her, lunch with her, sit and watch tv with her, you know, do all the things that her husband did with her before he passed away. But instead, I have gotten her gifts made, personalized photo blankets with her husband pics on it, and personalized pillows, and personalized mugs. These items dont bring him back but she told me that it definitely shows her that someone cares and wants to see her happy, and thats exactly what her husband would want.
Hearing those words made me cry!
I am now a Junior in college for Criminal Justice and i know i cant stop being around my seniors even after i get my degree. This job means so much to me, my members give me love, wisdom, and we can talk for HOURS! they are helping me in ways noone will understand!
If i could give a 10 stars i would,
Thank you PAPA !
love,

Company censors negative comments on social media. Good luck trying that here.
This company continues to irritate my elderly father. They schedule unwanted calls and in-person service without his permission. This causes him to be confused as to why they keep calling and showing up to our home. The Lack of Customer Service team is untrained and poorly managed.read more

My mother and I have called countless times trying to get her removed from this unsolicited service and no one can help us.These people call about three times every other day and often show up to my elderly mothers home without wearing a mask. My mother was told that they can enter the home because Papa makes the helper drive two hours away and that is the only way they get paid.
Another helper once told my mother that she needed to stay on the phone with her for 35 minutes so she and the company can make money.
Seems like this company thrives on taking advantage of seniors.
Please stop!read more

On Jan 4, 2021 I called and requested that my account be closed and that the 1/4 charge to my card be reversed. On 2/3/21, my bank was charged again for $30.00- fraudulently.
I called on 2/3/21, spoke to Alma, was on the phone with her for 12 minutes and then was disconnected.
I need this matter to be resolved once and for all.
I want both the 1/4/21 and 2/3/21 charges reversed, my account closed and written assurance that this will not happen again.read more
Good service, dont last Priority Health only 8 hours a month. That’s absurd!

Really good service. Defenetly menetally challenged, often low feelings. Negative future outlook, many illnesses, TBI, 3 major surgeries w/hospitalized 3-5 days +rehab for weeks. BC Covid, locked away from family & Friends. Papa gave hope, kept me focused, goals, daily quotes, provided cooping ideas.looked forward to Papa. Priority Health 8hous mo. Horible health insurance, do not go w/Priority Health dont care about their members. Only a money hungry company. Medicare needs to evaluate Priority, get rid of them Priority Health is awful for health insurance provided no/little recovery assistance. Reporting to health agency to stop Priority from hurting more patients due to money saving decisions thats leads to poor quality care for patients. Papa was amazing, great while lasted. Hopefully I will be ok in future w/o Papa. Worried since I hv another big surgery with no support. I will report Priority Health to every organization regarding poor care for patients. Leaves pt w/o proper recovery then leads patients to receive more hospital care which cost more. Priority needs to see the cycle they created is costing more then shld bc their cheep penny pinching ways leads to health crises, hospital admissions, and long care rehabs. It was nice to have Papa while lasted. Now gone. 8 hours is not enought to bother with Papa service just to have to meet another and catch up telling life story again. Would rather not have Papa to begin with. Like giving a person crutches to walk, then take away before walking, so now the person cant walk with a poor prognosis if never had crutches wld have learned better ways to walk without then to have and taken away. Same with Papa, if dont have, learn to deal without. If have then take away left without ideas or the person to help. Now feel abandoned, alone, worthless, see negitive future, better to be alone, stay alone, leave alone. Medicare needs to get rid of Priority Heath I will never sign up for them again. When and how I can change is my focus will learn on my own, since no more Papa.read more
