I trust JVZoo with my business because the owners are always available if I need them.Not many businesses of this size where you can speak directly with the owner and actually see changes in the service from what you've discussed with them. They don't just care about their users but try to protect the entire industry

I got serious about affiliate marketing in 2020 because I lost my job due to Covid. I had dabbled before,but now had the time to actually learn as well as the need for income. I joined the JVZoo group on Facebook where I asked several questions and received answers and support from other users of JVZoo. What impressed me was the fact that JVZoo staff is always in the group answering questions and helping their users, too. I'm not making as much money as I'd like yet, but I am consistently earning. I really like JVZoo!

Reading through some of these reviews, it's clear people just jump online to bash a company without even making sure they are reviewing the correct company.I've purchased from JVZoo several times and while not every product is the quality I would like, I have the ability to contact the seller with the information provided on the receipt and in JVZoo's customer portal and get a refund. If there is ever an issue, I have contacted JVZoo who assisted me in getting in touch with the seller and once, gaining a refund. JVZoo's support is always friendly and responds quickly

This is an update for this review. I'm giving a 5 star review. For the quick response and resolution to this issue.Bought a product with JVZoo. I know it's not JVZoo responsibility to refund me. But I have been trying to get I refund from the company that I bought the product from and they are giving me the run around. They have a 30 day guaranty that they are not respecting. I would have thought that since they are selling on JZ's platform. Thought that they could get in touch with the seller. And advise them to respect the agreement.

This is one of the few companies in the internet marketing/digital product industry that tries to help their customers.At least in my case anyway. I got responses from support and even though I may not have liked all of them, they were at least explained to me and I understood why. The "customer" review that I just read is clearly a case of not understanding how the process works as I was also not clear. JVZoo does not take any payments for anything, the seller of the product does, their company is simply the delivery system that gets the product to you after purchase. If you check your actual paypal receipt or credit card, you'll see where the payment actually went, it was not to JVZoo at any time. I wasn't fully clear on this myself at first until I checked and that was indeed how it works. Thanks for taking the time to expain it!

I was paying too much for my subscription so I tried to cancel it. They offered me a lower deal which I took and was charged to my credit card.However, the more expensive payments were still being sent to my Paypal. So essentially they were charging me twice for a product I initially wanted to cancel.
When I tried to get my money refunded I was told they would need to go to financial.
They will lie to Paypal and you won't get your money back. Just do a quick Reddit search; people have been trying to get their money back for years from scammers.
They made no effort to tell me that the thing I tried to cancel would infact keep going. Why would I want to continue an expensive plan when I was given a better deal because I wanted to cancel. Instead, I got charged for both and they refused to return my money (Even though one purchase was hours ago).
TL;DR I called to cancel, got taken in by a better, cheaper offer, and they never removed the other one and kept taking my money, twice.
Don't give these people your money.
Edit: Not deleting this. All emails I got were from JVzoo including my billing, this is where the review goes.
Edit 2: Keep spamming this in the hopes I will change it, I will not. I will also not see any more spam as it now goes directly into my spam email. So if you are thinking you will annoy me into removing this review I won't be. You did manage to annoy me enough to set up an email filter though. Now your replies go directly to the trash. :D
