Love your service, it has allowed me to retire other tools that are bundled within Kajabi,save money and operate my in person and online business much more efficiently. Love the ability to do webinars within Kajabi. I still think Kajabi needs some fine tuning though like more analytics on email opens, clicks thrus etc and a means to see what files have been uploaded and reside on the Kajabi server in a file structure format to they can be linked to and re-used later. Looking forward to more tools in the future to help grow my business.

GOOD PLATAFORM I think it's a great plataform for giving curses or webinars, I wish they could have a translator (in spanish) since its a little hard for me ( ans I'm sure many latin users) to understand everything in english, Maybe some day? Other Issue I found is that since my webinars includes product is difficult to set everything righ with my shop ( shopify) although not impossible, its a litle challenging. Thank you

This was my first call about anything other than setting up my website, and it was amazing.I am soft launching my first mini course and wanted to make sure all the moving parts were set up and working correctly. Sean found one error that would have cost me customers, money and time, so that alone was worth the call, but he also gave me tips and pointers to make the process easier in the future and to release a better product too. I have been hesitant to use these calls because I sometimes struggle with tech and have difficulty understanding when people give me what they think are simple directions, but they feel complicated and difficult for me. Sean made me feel more confident about my abilities, and with the offer to record the session so I could review what we talked about and catch up with anything I might have missed, I walked away from that call excited and empowered.

Overpromised and underdelivered. Overall, cool platform, easy to navigate interface. Our customers'experience seems to be reliable and engaging. But from the builder's perspective, not as automated and seamless as one would hope, requires constant contact with support team to meet our needs. Credit where due: Kajabi has an extensive FAQ & support library...but that should tell you something too. All in all it's not a nightmare, but it's not easy. We got too far into the process with Kajabi for it to make sense for us to re-do our website/product development with another provider. We felt we were sold a bill of goods that ended up needing more work than expected. So, we're making the most of it now, but constantly run into time-consuming and frustrating limitations within the software, theme, and functionality. It's little things that add up too. Some things are customizable, and some things are absolutely not but should be. Some things are automated, but not obvious things you'd think would be. We've been given the same response from Kajabi support so often on some things that it's become a joke in our office among each other to say "I'm sorry we don't offer that but you can let our development team know." Always gets an exasperated chuckle from our web developer. Where is this mysterious development team, why didn't they think of a coupon field for current subscribers in the first place, and do they actually take any of our suggestions? Whatever, it's all good. We're happy of what we've created, and are annoyed with how a passive income stream has now demanded much of our time and effort for little return or collaboration. Probably will stick with it in hopes that things improve. Wish we'd stop getting the constant Kajabi YouTube ads though.
