I ordered a pair of sneakers for men in the men category and received a pair for women.I paid for delivery and now I have to pay tu return the item.

originally ordered 2 items specifically and they sent me two different ones on purpose ,I have emailedthem about ten times and they start with the 10% refund bull and end up going up to 70 percent and i still did not get my refund ,i would not buy anything from this company!!! they are ripoffs and just steal your money

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, had an order fulfilled they cancelled that payment got reverted but they also took an extra 2 payments ,both of these have now gone from pending to complete and I haven’t got nothing to show for them and no emails confirming an order. Totally unacceptable it’s been 12 days since I tried contacting and have had no response

I ordered a pair of chuck 70 high top shoes. I specifically asked for women's size 10 order number 1587568.And instead, they sent me men's size 10 which were way to big for my daughter. It took 2 weeks to finally get them. And they were the wrong ones. I sent them back the next day. Then the company sends me a gift card for $103 for their store only. I reached out to them (email only because you can't call them) they then sent me another email explaining their return policy. I don't want anything else from this store, just those shoes and now they no longer carry them. I wouldn't buy anything from them on the future

I tried to hold off on this review as long as possible due to the fact that I do like kith.I ordered a comes de garçon sweatshirt (Order #1610235) and received it on Tuesday 3/23 and upon arrival I noticed there were stains all over the sweatshirt. I reached out to kith customer support immediately with a long explanation and pictures to show the stains, I have yet to receive a response which is extremely frustrating considering the amount of money that was spent on the sweatshirt. On top of that when trying to further trouble shoot this issue I noticed Kith does not have a customer support line that you can call, there only other form of support is through Twitter which they do not answer. I really do hope you guys can resolve this issue because like I stated before I enjoy shopping at kith and would like to recommend the company to friends in the future.

Used to love the company after all my instore experiences.
But after ordering online they might be the worst online company I have had to deal with.Ordered a tshirt that did not look anything like the pictures on the website. Decided to return it, that was over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything about my return. Emails are not being replied, twitter neither nothing. They are also stating they are sending me 55€ back instead of the 66€ i have paid. How does that work!?
I just want my refund back and never have to deal with this website anymore.

I had got a gift card for the last time they messed up my order so I decided to give it another shot & ended up with the same result.I ordered a size 11 in the Air ones high. I got 2 right Air Ones shoes. One was a size 11 & the other one was a size 11.5. It’s sad that I had the same problem... My order #1600613
