This is the worst bank, I ever used in my life. I just want to open a salary account. I have submitted my all detail.It has passed 13 days and no information and no contact from the bank side. I have tried many times to contact the bank. But no response, I got. I don
't care about my salary account because I am going to open a new salary account in hdfc bank. I suggest everyone never ever used the Kotak Mahindra bank. There is so many banks with greater facility and customer support.read more

I have open a new account online, and account has been freezed without any warning in just 5 days Account Number ending with 0512,the guy who came to do KYC doesn't have any knowledge about KYC he stated "Your account may be freezed due to something serious or may be you dont hold a Pan Card or Aadhar" Idiot doesn't have common sense that you can't open savings account online without these proof. There is an incident happened with me on 1st march 2021, the collection agent was so rude and I called him with a intention to pay emi but due to financial issue I was not able to make it on time.However the collection agent which kotak bank has hired was so rude and shouting on me, and not only that they harassed my family members as well. Even when called customer care the agent did not helped and eventually said the senior will call back and arrange the call, but I never received any call.read more

They give you false fake promises, don't believe without cross checking. They will also keep you in dark again,unless you check yourself. BEWARE!
They can deduct amount from your account giving "vague" reasons multiple times.
You might have to hassle throughout to get money back again and again.
After lot of wait and hell lot of mails, they might reverse the amount deducted for their own technical mistake, but not FULLY. Why? GST charges can not be reversed man! So, they can falsely charge the customers but not spend a penny to give that back to the customers. Ofcourse, its their right to focus on their profit. However, they can not care about a POOR customer experience more than their profit, even if its for their own mistake. How can customers be retained then!
It would still make sense if they have a good interest rate. Even that is not the case. Kotak offers the LEAST FD interest rate out of all other banks.
Also, some online services are there to say "OOPS!" all the time. I wonder if they ever worked!
So, zero reason for opening an NRE account here in kotak atleast.read more

Worst customer services provided by them. Before 1.5 months back I opened my account in Kotak bank.Still I have not received my debit card. They are telling me it shows it has been delivered but where the hell it has been delivered. You cannot deliver my card and my debit card pin to any other address. This is quit ridiculous answer given by the bank to me. This is not the good customer service provided by the the bank specially LP Savani branch Surat
They are the responsible for where the card has been delivered and it’s there responsibility that the debit card should reach to the account holder person. Guys I should suggest you just don’t have an account on Kotak. Worst service are provided by them.read more
