Broken Glass No RESOLUTION

Hi,
I ordered the skin bundle. Well I got it. There was a broken item that was glass.I didn't know it was glass until I tried to clean it out and get the other items out. I emailed and Grace said she would replace the broken item. I asked if she could send me another bundle. A piece of glass gave me a little cut. So I stopped.
I won't go back into the box. Kylie Skin won't resolve the issue. Now I'm just doing more research to see what I can find. I don't mind spending money but I do mind when customer service doesn't help. Mimi from the D!read more

Overall the products are just okay.
I wouldn’t recommend the face wash or the walnut scrub.
My face wash turned orange after 6 weeks,makes me wonder what kind of chemicals are in it! It also left my neck and upper chest super itchy
The walnut scrub was too harsh, I have sensitive skin, I use it now on my arms as legs to exfoliate.
The rest as I said is just okay, def not worth the money especially for a Canadians paying shipping and dutiesread more
