I read the reviews for La Poste and thought OMG my delivery is never going to arrive in Englandespecially after the tracking page hadn't updated for a week.
Two days later my parcel arrived in London England.
I don't think that La Poste is a patch on Royal Mail in terms of tracking but my item arrived within 9 days which isn't bad from the South of France to England.

Bad support (horrible to communicate, no response, complicated website). Didn't deliver the package and just sent it back,asking us to pay for everything. It is a big SCAM, DO NOT ORDER IN ANY CASE!!!!!!!!!

Twice in one month my package has not arrived. They say at first there is complications and then they say the address is incorrect and just return it to the company I ordered from.Yet every other delivery company manages to deliver my goods with the exact same address. In future, save your self some time by not using La Poste and just throw your package in the sea, it's more likely to reach it's destination. This has also happened several time in the last 24 months. Unfortunately, I have no option to chose who handles my deliveries. Lazy AF.

Moved to Nice. Lived in the same apartment for four months. Had two tracked packages go missing (even though they said they had delivered them).Several letters and untracked pacakges never turned up. They never bother to knock on my apartment door and it's only a small building. Just terrible. Don't use.

They are utterly clueless, they will tell you one thing and the other, they wont actually give you theservice you paid for and then they will insult you and ask you to do the work yourself if you'r not happy. And if you want ur money back? you'r dreamiiiiiiiings, there is no way, they will make u wait month and make ur tired before u get ur money back, or they will compensate you with a stamp at 1€ and be like "thanks for your confidence" while you have no choice as they are the only service existing, you'r their customer if you want it or not, and deal with them if u want it or not, then they will say "if you not happy dont use it" like u have any choice, i hate them just like 99% of french ppl

Would give 1 star if I could. Terrible service, tracking hasn’t moved for weeks, near impossible to communicate with them.Ordered my package in plenty of time so it would arrive when I needed it to but they still managed to mess it up. Avoid at all costs.
