I am writing this as a review regarding their recruitment process.I applied to Lightspeed as an IT support specialist.My application got rejected, which I am fine with.But in the response, the HR representative forgot to edit the date in the email, which made it obvious that he was using a pre-defined email template, thus making the response sound very insincere.Here the email that I am talking about:Hi Enea,Thanks again for your time on (PHONE_SCREEN_DATE), I really enjoyed our chat. It gave me the chance to get to know you and your experience a bit more.After discussion with the team, I regret to inform you that we will not move forward with your application at this time. However, Lightspeed is continuously growing so we will retain your resume and may contact you if a position opens that closely matches your skills set, if you're still interested in Lightspeed.Thanks again for your interest in employment at Lightspeed. Let's keep in touch!Best,

We have been using Lightspeed for the past 2 years in our retail operation. It has helped us greatly with inventory and ease of sales at the register.This year we added the Loyalty program which our customers really seem to enjoy. The customer service/support from Lightspeed has been wonderful, very efficient and good turn around time. Overall we have been very please.

Card Reader processes at LightSpeed!

I love the speed that Lightspeed processes customers transactions in the card reader.My only complaint is that the POS will occasionally freeze up and it has happened at the worst times when customers are waiting for their sale to be rung up. Other than that, I love it!

I love Lightspeed's attention to customer service and patience with my amount of question asking!I always get to speak with a person!The inventory tracking in real-time along with iPad hardware mixed with Lightspeed POS software has been the most beneficial business move I've ever made! So many aspects of my day take less time, and if you own/run a business, you know that time is the most valuable thing you have!

We've been using Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eCom for 4 years. After coming onboard with them,the link between our web store and our brick and mortar has been very smooth. Using one of their integrated apps (Ikeono) has given us great communication with our customers via text. Also, Lightspeed Retail inventory feature is pretty strong. We truly recommend them. Lightspeed Restaurant is very easy to use, based on iOS platform makes it quick and there are many options and features to customize based on the needs of your restaurant.Particularly the integration with Deliverect has been very helpful and centralized all our deliveries easily and in one place along side our take out orders.
