Entering the correct login credentials on multiple devices, will only log me in on one laptop,wont let me log in with the correct credentials no matter what I do. Unbelievably bad experience for something called "logmein" I literally cant login. Their phone support was less than worthless. The dude didn't offer any ideas then transferred me to the wrong department.read more

Completely greedy bunch of money grabbers with no interest in customer perception.Seem hell-bent on hemorrhaging loyal customers.
Like many, saw first-hand how they took a genuinely good software product like LogMeIn and drove it into the ground through greed hiking prices hundreds of percent over the space of years to the point of pure, unadulterated extortion.
As a long-time fan of LastPass I did have serious concerns when they got acquired by LogMeIn and the day has arrived that they've validated that, crippling the free tier of the software in a very sneaky way to force you to pay. I fully expect that once they've killed off their free base and got as many paying customers as possible, they'll take the same stance and hike prices to squeeze as much money out of their few customers left as possible.
Misguided corporate greed manifested, nothing more, nothing less.
The fact that they unclaimed this TrustPilot page due to poor feedback goes just to show how little they care about their customers experiences and views.
I've jumped ship and would advise anyone else to do the same before you're forced to sell off your first-born for a software package.read more

Very disappointed they are LogMeIn is changing LastPass and billing insanely high rates for their basic services.Will definitely explore other options and delete my account before giving them any money.read more

Scumbag of a company. They have been for years. Will repeat bill you when you are not aware of it and good luck trying to get your money back.They also make it very hard for you to cancel, forcing you through loops. BEWARE!!read more

This company will not respond to my email to cancel a subscription so I can get a refund.Can't get a human on the phone! Will have to go the route of disputing CC charge. Terrible customer service to ignore emails when you don't have a human to speak with.read more

I used Hamachi with a paid subscription for almost 10 years, with small issues till now,when I tried to change the associated card for payment. I couldn't do it, and ask support to delete it for me, and they didn't. After two weeks of email exchange no solution was given to me.read more
