I purchased a pair of the ace sweatpants and absolutely love them! I hope to purchase more of these cause they feel wonderful when wearing them and I love the clean,simple looks of them. I hope they can add another color to the ace sweatpants line of the color burgundy. I would love to purchase a pair of these in burgundy. By the way, I am a woman and I wear these and they fit well and comfortable. I bought the coolant blue color. Please add a burgundy color. Would love to wear these in a burgundy color. Thank you for a quality product that feels fantastic to wear and looks great too!?

Issues in ordering. Mack Weldon's web page designer feels it is necessary to create an account and log in to buy a pair of boxers.I do not. I was unable to escape the log in page after my financials were recorded. I received multiple orders and had to return them. They did issue a refund, but there were hoops to jump through there, as well.
Nice product, but at this price point, just not worth the hassle.
I took my refund and ordered from a competitor, without creating an account or logging in. In and out in less than two minutes.
Take a hint Mack.

Mac Weldon has great clothes at a reasonable price. The website is easy to navigate.I recommend getting one size larger than your normal size, as their clothes run a bit tight.
Returns are easy and handled via online menus. No need to speak to or email anyone.
Highly recommend the silver dress socks and the polo shirts.

I ordered sweat shorts in two different sizes since I was not sure what would fit.Initially I was nervous as I had seen negative reviews on the service side. I decided if only 5% of the negative reviews were really that bad, they would be out of business. As this was my first purchase I emailed the company on the best way to send the product back. Shauna responded immediately. She CREDITED back the shorts I am returning BEFORE I have sent them. Forgot to mention their products are really really good. I know this is a glowing review so I want a disclaimer that I am not related to anyone at the company nor do I know any employees

No customer service. Didn't like the fit on first pair or up one size. No free return policy like they say.Heck noone ever contacted me back. Oh and I should have stop when the promo code on their own add material wasn't excepted.

The elastic band on this underwear is very large (2") and frequently folds over on itself.
The real problem is the very,very high price per pair-largely due to ads all over the internet.

Given how much more expensive Mack Weldon underwear was than what I had previously worn,I wasn't surprised that the experience "out-of-the-box" was superior. What I didn't realize was that the underwear was so well-made, its durability makes it a straight-up better value for dollar, regardless of the subjective experience. I'm still using like-new pairs I've had years.
