I have been a user of CleanMyMac since 2016. At the time, I was using CleanMyMac 3. Later,upgrade to CleanMyMac X. 2019 purchased a new subscription to CleanMyMac X from Paddle, but kept forgetting to activate it. I even forgot that the subscription existed. In early 2021, when I updated my Mac, I installed CleanMyMac X on the new Mac. I also bought a permanent version of CleanMyMac X as required by the Apple Store. In this way, I have two subscriptions to CleanMyMac X. They come from two procurement channels. I only discovered the problem when the first subscription expired and I received a renewal notification. This will cost me extra money and I am also worried about affecting the use of CleanMyMac X on my Mac. With the help of Miss Mariana, my problems have been solved once and for all.In the process of sorting out the trouble, I noticed a difference in the functionality of CleanMyMac X, which I got from the Apple Store and MacPaw. At my request, MacPaw gave me a more complete and powerful, permanent version of CleanMyMac X for free.

Wish I could give negative stars. I purchased this mediocre product a year ago for $38.10 US.It was only very mildly helpful at the time. Now, a year later, without my permission, they’ve renewed my subscription without my permission and PayPal says they’re unable to refund me. What a scam. I want the money back that they stole from me.

Lousy support. Terrible service. They charged my credit card which they somehow must have had on file and no confirmation email was received,after I asked for a full refund within their stated 14 days return period they were more interested in asking marketing questions and I am still awaiting confirmation of a refund.

I would totally recommend CleanMyMac X from MacPaw. It really made my life easier when my RAM collapsed and I needed to free it.It's also a very intuitive and easy to use program.

Awesome apps. Functional and beautiful. Great support too. I've tried CleanMyMacX and Gemini 2 and I'm very satisfied.The apps are pricey but considering the quality of the service I think it'll be worthwhile in the long run too.
