It really frustrated me, as being the first time dealing with Chinese supplier, to work with Sandy Xu reepresenting Ganzhou Junqi E-Commerce Co.,Ltd I purchased their furniture in Dec.2020 for my store.The first item is the bed which I ordered custom-made queen size as per Canada standard mattress size that is different from its sizes in China, they sent me the locally-made King size bed that it is impossible to find its matress here in Canada. I did tell them to take it back and send me the right one and it did not work due to shipping cost and I was said to wait over the Lunar New Year over a month and they finally denied to compensate it or make replacement until now.The second item is the dining table with marble on top that is very heavy, but its 2 legs are too weak so that it is not stable and swinging. I have to add ottoman being stacked to support the table. The last item is the gas lift bar for the mechanism bed which did not work properly.

Secure Ningbo Industrial Technologies Co and their nitrile gloves are fraud

We bought over $100,000 worth of gloves from a company called Secure Ningbo Industrial Technologies Co.Mostly marketing nitrile gloves. Over half of our purchase was with a credit card through Alibaba and the other half we simply trusted the supplier and wire transfer the money.
When merchandize arrived in September 2020, we found that every box of gloves weighed differently. They were suppose to be blue nitrile and they were purple and blue and every shade in between. Worst yet some of the gloves would tear and break down and were dirty!!. We reported this immediately to both supplier and Alibaba.
Supplier was not helpful at all. Initially they promised to take everything back and apologized. But they were not responsive at all. they kept postponing when they were going to pick up. or they said, the cost of shipping back was too much. we have record of all communication on Alibaba. Finally after a month we filed a complaint with Alibaba. It took us 5 months to get the money we paid through Alibaba.
the money we paid by wire, is gone! Even getting our money true Alibaba's "Trade Assurance" too us 5 months. At first Alibaba wanted to simply help mediate the case with a small discount from the supplier. But we explained this supplier shipped to us dirty, rejected gloves that would tear and did not meet our agreed upon quality standards. The entire container was not sellable. This was a fraudulent shipment and a fraudulent supplier! And Alibaba could not and would not grasp the situation. I spent hour and hours on Alibaba chatting with their inexperienced help desk representative. They suggested we hire an expert to come to our warehouse to examine the merchandize and they would judge what should happen. They also said we would have to pay for the expert...Alibaba was not overtly customer service oriented and was very "supplier protective" and constantly wanted us to close our complaint with a minor discount. We persisted!! Finally 5 months later Alibaba agreed to returned our money! Only the money we had paid through Alibaba. I would not recommend relying on Alibaba at all. To be safe Bring small quantity of any merchandize to test the supplier until trust is developed. By the way, most Alibaba's review cannot be trusted. this supplier had all 5 star reviews. IMPOSSIBLE!!!
Secure Ningbo Industrial Technologies Co. is a low quality company with a extremely low quality product!! We ended up losing ~$50,000
we sold on Amazon and eBay and people could not believe the low quality of these gloves. we had to refund anyone who complained.
ultimately, to prevent damaging our reputation, we had to destroy most of the gloves.
