Terrible service. Will suspend your account for no reason, no warning no email, no communication.I'd avoid this company at all cost. When a customer expresses his/her opinion then they will flag a genuine user review because they do not want bad reviews on here. Maybe provide a better services to the customers so they will stick with you?

16-3-21 Matter is not solved
Gabija is dealing with this, and as mentioned below we raised an issue with your deliverability quality,your reaction was to suspend our account, then reinstate it and that's ... and back to no communication
12-3-21 Update
Account got suspended for a week which we paid for, account got reinstated after we proved to them who we collect subscribers, in between, no one commented or presented a solution for the original issue we raised!!!
Been with them for 2 years, been sending day in day out.. had issues in between which they sorted, 5 days ago we raised an issue with their delivery quality as our clients complained our emails are landing in their spam folder, First line of support checked everything and mentioned all in tact and this should not happen, and they will escalate it to their deliverability team to find a solution... we did not hear anything until yesterday so we got in touch again to let them know that we are not happy to per for a service that is not working, promised to get it sorted as soon as and BANG...
Account suspended for investigation and asking us to elaborate on how we get our audience emails, emailed them back and explained the feed comes from our website contact forms , and no reply till now!!!
It just feels strange we have been with them for 2 years sending campaigns nearly every day, and just when you raise a technical ticket for an issue they have we get suspended!! so unprofessional and like everyone here I guess this will be the end of it, locked down our data which is our property, and we will demand it in all possible legal ways

They contacted me and I was able to retrieve my data. Which is appreciated.

They closed my account,which I don't care. But what is really bad and is that they WIPED OUT my DATA or STOLE IT. So all my subscribers are gone AFTER OVER 4 MONTHS of using them.
Let that sink in if you are thinking about using them. Your data can be DISAPPEAR anytime!
Also this company is based in LITHUANIA. So good luck if you need to file a consumer complain. There is no way to speak with them. No phone support. Their replies are only email with automatic pre-made templates.
In summary terrible experience. Stay away!

Pompous and arrogant

I run a legitimate business, which has been going for over 20 years, using only permission-based emailmarketing to a small list of subscribers who have explicitly requested further information on the topic about which I email them.
I have been a reseller of email software and services myself in the past, so I am fairly expert on how to ensure that my emailing is legitimate. It is about as legitimate as email marketing gets.
But MailerLite are too pompous to approve my account. And, with breathtaking arrogance, refuse to reveal the reasons why. All they will say is this:
"Our system performs various checks and tests to determine the validity of new accounts. Unfortunately, your account didn’t pass those tests and will not be approved."
What on earth that means is anybody's guess. It means nothing. They cannot, or will not, explain why my account is not "valid".
I suspect that this is because they don't know. Their algorithm has spoken. And no human dares to question it.
Either way, it's bad business.
But, seeing that one-third of the reviews on here are one star, I think I may have had a lucky escape.
I dare say they will respond with the usual corporate BS, but the bottom line is they have no good reason for refusing my account. If they did, they would say what it is.

You will see from MailerLite's response that the reasons they give are a "high potential for spam" and a "missing SSL".
The first comment makes matters worse. As my domain has never in 20 years had a single spam complaint - not one - it calls their algorithm into question if it thinks there's a "potential" for spam. And as I have described in detail to them how I collect email addresses, how I get permission and what I send to people, i.e. exactly what they have explicitly approached me and asked me for, it means that they place more weight on the algorithm than on the permission and privacy policies of their customers.
The second comment may be true, but it is also easily rectified. Why not say instead that the SSL must be put in place before the account can be activated?
I have taken them up on the offer of continuing the conversation, so I will update this review when I have concluded the discussion.

The tool is unusable, literally

If it's cheap, it doesn't mean it should not work.
How on earth can you fail in developing a text editor that can't change colour,size without glitching itself?
Or why would you think that pushing an update to your tool on Thursday evening is a good idea?
These guys uses ads to sabotage their competitor buy calling it a Chimpanzee, but it seems that the joke is on them.
Sincerely, this is the worst SAAS experience I had to comply with and would probably result in me changing a job unless we migrate to something that actually works.
