The product is beautiful but poor packaging

The product is beautiful, great quality and materials, but you should invest more in the packaging to protect the product itself in case there’s rough handling.The box was beaten which made the product also a bit damaged.

Love my 11x17 street map poster!

I love my 11x17 street map poster of my hometown! It fits beautifully in the thin black frame I bought separately for it.I cannot wait to hang it on the wall. The ordering process was simple and my poster came in the mail in 1 week. Poster was safely packaged in a thick cardboard box. Would highly recommend!

Need to improve packaging/shipping

Had used Mapiful in the past and got exactly what I paid for and was quite happy. 2nd time around my new map and glass/frame came damaged.These things happen so I wasn’t upset, but it took customer support 2 weeks to give me a real response and finally let me know they sent out a replacement. The replacement arrived today and the glass is cracked again. I really don’t want to go through this process a 2nd time so I will just go source my own frame.

Bought 5 different maps. 3 of the middle size and 2 small size. They came extremely quickly in very effective and eco-friendly packaging.The maps look amazing, quality of the paper and print itself is extremely high. Now on my wall and I love them. Two are for Christmas present and I'm sure they will be loved also. Thank you for my lovely maps!
