Really poor customer service from the beginning. The team will delay replying to you and give you backand forth conversation eventually indicating they'll fix any concerns "after" purchasing.
The quality seems iffy and there's really no way to actually provide a review or feedback on the company.
They have deliberately not registered for Google Reviews because if they did they'd not have any business.
The whole website feels off and their policies are lacking in guarantee.
Would really suggest not buying off them.

I purchased 3 pairs of earrings as birthday presents and one pair where not really secure.Having now lost one after wearing them for less than a week, and sadly checking the reviews afterwards, it appears it is not the first time it’s happened so they are aware of this and yet they continue to sell them.
I won’t be replacing or purchasing anything again.
What a waste a of £50 and a very disappointed daughter.

Do not order from mejuri. over priced and BAD customer service!
i ordered a necklace and i needed it for a special date.i ordered it 5 days before because it says on the web 2 days delivery. when it says 2 days delivery i assume i will get it in 2 days. its been 10 days and still nothing. i had to go and buy from other place. when i talked with customer service they told me it 2 days delivery but it takes 10 days to process the order. SO!!WHY CHEAT THE CUSTOMER AND WRITE 2 DAYS DELIVERY? WHO CARE AND KNOW ABOUT YOUR PROCESS TIME?! what a fraud

Broken bracelet

I bought a bracelet for almost $200, and less than a month later it broke off my wrist and was lost (on its own).The company won't replace it even though there is a 2-year warranty. The jewelry is poor quality and the customer service is even worse. Very disappointed and definitely will not be purchasing anything from them again.
UPDATE: How can I have the piece present if it was lost because it broke??? Reading through other reviews (including on Yelp) this seems to be a theme with this company. Totally unfair to the customer as there is nothing I can do about the piece disappearing because it was crappy quality. I wish I saw reviews before I trusted that a $200 bracelet would last more than a month. I encourage everyone to read these reviews and look at photos on Yelp of the horrible quality of this company's products.

In the day of online ordering where retailers just pack and ship, Mejuri stands out with their packaging.
It is a joy to receive and open the boxes from Mejuri.Each box has a cute quote on the inside flap and the wrapping and there is always a special surprise in the form of a nice pouch or a Mejuri canvas carrying tote.
I have returned products by post without any issues.
My favourite purchases are: the eternity band (perfect size and shiny), it pairs well with the thin band and my daughter loves her necklace with an engraved pendant (stay gold).
Also, loved the ring sizer that they sent me.
Pleased to support a Canadian company.

Warning: Mejuri Return Scam

I'm writing this as a warning to all potential shoppers: this company just scammed us.Be aware that when you return something, they will accuse you of not putting it back in the box and they will steal your money.
My partner bought a 360 ring and a lotus bracelet for me in March. I kept the ring but thought the bracelet looked cheap and dainty so we returned it with. A week after I return it, they claimed that the bracelet was not actually within the return package.
There was no possible way the bracelet slid out during shipping because we secured it in the Mejuri ring box for extra protection (since it had a cushion). So if you do the math, theres the bracelet in the ring box, the pouches, the Mejuri box, then the cardboard box it came in. Even if by some chance it did slide out of the ring box, the bracelet itself is smaller than half a penny, so I'm near certain they didn't bother to even look through everything properly.
After expressing our certainty and telling them to check again, Mejuri went ghost and stopped replying. Never in our entire years of online shopping have I experienced something like this. Mejuri has robbed us of our money and put us through a great deal of distress.
I am appalled at this disgusting lack of attention to both detail and customer service. This was our first time purchasing from Mejuri and will absolutely be the last. I intend to share this on social media to warn to all my friends and network of the scam we experienced.
Please, read the reviews for yourself and save yourself from the trouble of purchasing from Mejuri.

I was like you researching on Mejuri before wanting to make my purchase.
My husband made the moveand bought me a necklace to surprise me after seeing me contemplate for the longest time due to the price.
BUT, after just 2 months of wearing, my necklace broke and couldn’t be found anywhere while I was out and about. I expected quality from Mejuri but I guess nope.
I contacted the customer service via IG about it and was told that they don’t cover this as they couldn’t determine if it’s because of defective or not. Then how did my necklace go missing on its own ON MY NECK?
My alphabet was constantly stuck in a weird way like it’s tangled on my very thin and fragile necklace which is also from Mejuri. I didn’t do anything bout it because I thought it won’t affect anything... I expected quality but I guess NOT.
I WON’T BE REPURCHASING.
