I’m a top rated seller on Mercari with over 300 sales all I sell is sportscards long story short abuyer reported me cause he said I must be an idiot to ask a certain price for my cards I was asking $149 for 2019 panini one sealed Michael Strahan silver Prizm auto I would have taken $120 for it but the guy reported me cause he couldn’t get it for $60 bucks and he said I’m idiot if I think I’m get $120 bucks I told him he was idiot thinking he was gonna get it for $60 so Mercari gave me a final Prohibitive conduct warning needless to say this is very similar to how the other 2 ppl reported me years ago on there couldn’t get a $600 card for $20 bucks so they report you for any reason than you as the seller will get suspended, I will be selling a lot more on eBay , Facebook marketplace for now on Mercari isn’t for sellers , it highly favors any buyer on there maybe I should try to buy a Jordan rookie card on there for $2 bucks if that’s the case than report the seller when they won’t sell it for that price ?♂️

The pictures are totally different from what you get !!!!!!!!!!!!!VERY BAD QUALITY It took too long to get here ordered some great stuff, it looked good on the internet, it was very different when I got it, it also took 3 months to get here Looked nothing like the picture. Made out of cheap nasty material. Poor quality all round and I came out over £21 lighter because of postage and VAT not being refunded I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and I found the company help which is Eight4five five2ₒₙₑ seven ᵗʷᵒ ᶠᵒᵘʳ ᶠⁱᵛᵉ THE COMPANY ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE DRESS WHICH IS GOT IS NOTHING LIKE UN THE PICTURE AT ALL the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January. It took two months, reporting then to the BBB, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Mercari's customer service is terrible. They practically force buyers into using their prepaid labels and then when the shipper cannot fulfill shipment (e.g.lost package), Mercari does nothing to help the seller recover the item or monetary value of the item. Because Mercari's account is with the shipper (in this case UPS), UPS will not let individual's file a claim.

Site allows fakes to be sold. I was scammed buying a fake Louis Vuitton wallet and tried to return it.They said “too bad”. Many legit sites to buy from as I have. DO NOT trust Mercari!!

Clothing is poor quality and stink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Low-quality products. what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad.Most of The sizes were good since I read the measurements, but were not at all consistent. Misleading descriptions and pictures. Very disappointed. Will be returning I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and did research about this company finally I found this help number which is 8four-five ???? ??? ??? Seven two four five I contacted the Company and they ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE clothes I got from this company was ugly and looks nothing like the picture, the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I read many of these reviews on Mercari and from what I see, if they screw up, they close your account.Instead of taking ownership of mistake they call "fraud" and close your account. No customer service just your account has been closed. They charged my son twice and we went to bank because their mistake cost my son extra because of a bank fee. So we opened a dispute and mercari closed my son's account. He had only 5 star ratings buying and selling. He did everything right but it didn't matter. Mercari doesn't care.

As a seller and buyer, I have been 99% pleased. The 1% have been buyers who try to scam you.I had sent new picture frames packed so well that the buyer claimed the glass was broken, and Mercari gave them their money even if the items had plexiglass. Another placed an order on a Saturday and canceled on Monday while the item was in transit. Buyer. seller says she is new to Mercari and since item dropped in blue box to head to the distribution center decided to cancel because there was no update on order yet. Item arrived and then claimed was damaged, and refunded the money. The majority of my buyers are honest.
