£59.99 subscription taken out of my account. I hadn’t used the account in over 6 months.The reason they didn’t refund was because on the day I opened the email stating payment had been taken I logged onto the app for a “few seconds’ to see what it was. Those few seconds classed me as being an app user in their eyes. Refund denied. I then cancelled the account directly with their customer support team. Fast forward to today and another £59.99 has come out of my account even though the subscription was cancelled. Fraudulent company.

Taken 3 months charge from my paypal after I stopped using it for 4 months before I realised.I contacted them immediately and been told they can not refund the money despite the fact that I have not been using it for 4 months. Basically what you paid for is a web application you write some text with arrows...

Looks very good and nice for beginner mind map services. I have been a paying customer for some time but when i decided to move to a free plan again,be careful, you WILL lose all the content that you created! I think that that shuold not happen! Its expensive compared to other plans and only allows you to pay for 6 months rather monthly which is a basic trap for people who want bit more flexibility and not sure how long they will be using it.

I had to leave this software behind with my whole company after putting many hours in implementation because of 2 major bugs that were not even recognized or understood by the support team.One was a severe issue with privacy changes which is a disaster for sensitive content, the other a problem with their handling of free accounts when people just want to browse your public mindmaps. Very sad, since it is otherwise beautiful and has promising features - but for pro users who need stuff to really work it can be a huge waste of time. Disappointing the total lack of comprehension by the support staff. Last not least our (partial!) refund request was rejected.

I find the tool really intuitive, honestly I never knew a tool like this existed, I always kinda used to do my mind maps with a few coloured pens and glitter.Although I do miss physically writing - this is a great digital alternative. Awesome job guys! Have officially recommended this to all my friends.
