So glad I always try to check reviews of websites.. I started to put in my cc info,then realized that I havent checked the reviews, I closed out that page and came across all of these negative results.. So glad I researched before buying.. And its so true!!! I went on the original website of the store I wanted to buy from, and there it is... OUT OF STOCK.. but ModeSens shows it IN STOCK.. yea ok.. you aint getting this one....

terrible customer service. they are resellers and have no product whatsoever, just an advertising web site.so get ready when you order your item it is going to be cancelled because it is going to be out of stock at the original store

Pending transaction despite cancelled order

I purchased an item through Modesens, not through a link to one of their partner stores. However,immediately after the order went through, I noticed on “my account” on the website that the status was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I then contacted the company and was told that it was an authorisation payment which had supposedly been voided yet my bank account was still showing a pending transaction for the item even a day later. After looking at reviews it seems a lot of customers have experienced the same thing. Avoid this company if you don’t want to have to deal with your bank company to resolve the issue.

Hi. I have just made an order for a bag... I received an email to confirm the order and the £296 blocked out on my account as pending.I then received another email to say the item is not available and the order cancelled. Why is the payment not cancelled on my account and my funds available.

These guys are total FRAUDS. I ordered a pair of shoes that were not even available despite them beingadvertised as such. I cancelled the order FIVE TIMES and still keep getting a request for order confirmation and the money was ripped out of my account 10 minutes after the NON-EXISTENT order was taken. $300. GONE. ILLEGAL AND FRAUDULENT. My emails have gone unanswered and the money is GONE. They should be out of business. DO NOT TRUST.

Very disappointed! I ordered a shirt from Ganni for 78$. It's now been 3 weeks since the money was transferred to the shop that Modesens reviewed for 5 stars,and it still hasn't been shipped. Wouldn't recommend.
