I was a little concerned about Montec at first because I first discovered it through an Instagram ad- I am always wary about companies that I've never heard of before because I've been burned with slow shipping and bad quality. But my experience with Montec has been AMAZING. I ordered a couple different sizes and colors because it said free returns, and the process to return was so easy! I also emailed customer service and they got back to me within the day, which I feel like is unheard of nowadays. And the jacket I got was high quality, reasonably priced, and it had well a thought out design - for example there's a little sleeve pocket to put a ski lift card in. It's the little things! I highly recommend this company!!

Hands down the best experience I have had with a customer service team. I received one of these jackets for Christmas and absolutely loved it!Super comfy and stylish - got a few compliments on the mountain :). There was a mishap and the jacket ripped but the customer service team was on it within an hour of reaching out to them! Very satisfied, and cannot wait to rock my new jacket next year! Thank you team!

Montec customer service is some of the best out there. I've spoken to them about size restocking, fit,returns, refunds, you name it, and they are always extremely friendly and quick to find a solution. Plus, the products are really high quality, especially for their price point. All other retailers can take a lesson from Montec customer service.

Shipping was honestly super qhick! If you are on the fence about buying something from Montec use my review as a sign to GET IT trust me.My only regret is not purchasing it sooner. I got the typhoon in XL color Atlantic. I'm 5'3 at 200lbs (female) and it fits PERFECT. With much room to spare, I can't wait to get the matching bib.

Got myself first serious stuffs like that! Bought Doom ski jacket orange camo. Such a great product!I am in love with it! Its a first experience and no serious concerns so far! Certainly we dont have so much snow down here in Almaty, Kazakhstan but for what we’ve got we are happy. Ski jacket and pants looks great and comfortable wearing it. I would say its a piece of mastery, art and technology! All the functionallity that it is stated about the jacket and pants do what it says. Customer service is great, no compliants at all, friendly and open to any concerns. This piece of mastery is shredding on slopes of Symbulak, Oi-Karagai and Ak-Bulak and whenever i am in it people turn their heads like I am a kind Bentley or Rolls-Royce owner ?Hello from Almaty, Kazakhstan! Amazing jacket! I purchased the Doom Ski jacket for snowboarding and I love it. I used it in Vermont in negative temperatures (had a base layer and mid layer),and out in Jackson Hole where it was constantly snowing (base layer). I was so warm and comfortable. The jacket kept dry and performed very well. It is stylish and has tons of pockets. This is the best snowboard jacket I’ve owned.

AWESOME Gear!!! I was in the market for snow pants/bibs. I am 5"2 and 118lbs. I wanted to order the Fawk Snow bib and was hesitant when Montecwear informed me that they do not sell "short" sizes.Customer service was able to assist by sending in their detailed spec sheets for the Fawk Snow bib. I went ahead and ordered the XS size and it fits perfectly with my snowboarding boots. It was super comfortable and kept me warm in very cold temperatures. I like the product so much that I even ordered some base layers from them. I will definitely buy more of their products in the future!

Very disappointed in my return process

Very disappointed in my return process. Sent 3 items back together in 1 package and only received refund for 1 item.I’ve waited a week and a half and still no refund on other 2 items. Chatted multiple times with them and was promised refund and resolution. Still nothing! I’m surprised because before I purchased I read nothing but great reviews, especially with returns. This is definitely NOT what I’m experiencing!
