No help to re credit pending amount

Have had an account for a couple of years now - now sullied by a process in place which has left mestruggling .
Payment was authorised on Friday night but only authorised by vendor - I sent monzo confirmation of this from the vendor to ask for the payment to be recredited ' its now Tuesday and I've been told 7 days before it does it automatically - its not a small amount , I am left with no money and now way to escalate this - apart from we are doing all we can on the chat... It is not good enough so will be moving elsewhereread more

I have had an account with Monzo for around two years now I think and I cannot fault them.Great customer services, respond to any query within about twenty minutes or so. Best bank I have ever dealt with.read more
