The support centre is good and always supportive, helpful and easy to understand.
The product itself is easy to use and understand.However from time to time we have glitches in the system that is happy to solve.
The product helps my business very well and I am looking forward for other product that we can use to enhance the business.

Overall, I am pleased with the software and I like the direction MRI is taking the housing platform in.I am not satisfied with the response time of my account manager. Since Tenmast has been under MRI, I find that anything you need done, requires a Statement of Work, and more money.read more

We have been waiting for over a year to update our rent reasonable date in HP. Now the data is old and will now need to be updated again.Staff is having to go outside HP to find comparable units and adds to their work time. This is very frustrating when before it would take maybe two weeks to update. Christina was going to develop us a tool so we could just update it each year. We are also not happy that the AC website has not been updated to add a secondary contact to that we could increase the use. The other request was for us to be able to upload paperwork when families are moving and not on their recert date.read more
