Myclubhouse has been revolutionary to our business, Prestige Affinity. Its feature rich,enabling us to develop a bespoke solution quickly saving us many hours and pounds in both development and in the future, administration. The platform has so much to offer it's even opened new avenues to us enabling us to expand beyond our original ideas. Working with Matthew has been perfect, he listened to what we've been looking for and has delivered it, on or before time. Obviously learning a new system takes a while and he's coached us through this with the up-most patience. 100% recommended.

Since Scottish Endurance Riding Club had initial discussions with myClubhouse we have been able towork with them to put in place a customised online programme which enables the Club to maintain our member data, horse data in a central location – something we were unable to do previously. This has enabled us to be able to produce reports to our members, management committee, governing bodies and potential funders which in turn has ensured that decisions are made with up to date facts/data. Mailing lists/labels can easily be produced for specific members or all. We have also in place through myClubhouse an extremely state of the art system which allows us to publise our events, then allow participants to sign up to take part in those events – whether as full members or guests. Payments are also taken. We can account for all financial transactions relating to sign ups, we can process refunds, when our events are multi day – move participants between days when they change their minds. Working with Matthew and Joanne at myClubhouse has been fantastic – they listen to requests, suggestions, take time to consider the best approach, then introduce change. They are continually improving the system in light of experiences. Their support is exceptional, responses to queries very quick indeed. In Scottish Endurance we are all volunteers so a lot of our work in myClubhouse is undertaken outside normal office hours and this does not affect the response time to any queries we may have. There have been very few issues with the system as a whole and on these few occasions Matthew and Joanne have worked tirelessly to address them. Our experience has only been positive. From our Club and our member point of few introducing myClubhouse has: • Increased membership • Simplified the joining process • Simplified and changed our whole approach to managing our events – which was previously done manually • Increased sign ups/entries to our events • Increased and simplified how we communicate with our members • Changed our accounting procedures around subscriptions and event income • Increased financial accountability • Supported a single standard throughout the Club in relation to access to our events • Reduced the amount of volunteer time involved in several roles within the Club e.g. treasurer, membership, event organiser, archivist. • Reduced duplication of work • All our events results are available for everyone to see. We have worked with myClubhouse to put in place a simple upload process of our results from an excel spreadsheet which we have developed. • We can work out annual awards easily using myClubhouse – something which took a considerable amount of time previously as worked manually. Quite simply we cannot imagine how we managed before myClubhouse and best of all our members love it !

After looking at many alternatives it was decided to use myClubhouse as a database for our sailing club.The folks at my clubhouse could not be more helpful and have provided first class support from the initial set up and import of our data to ongoing day to day help. Relevant data can be made available to specified club officers and this is not only useful for the day to day management of the club but will also provide the committee with valuable information to be used in monitoring and planning future developments. Renewal notices were sent out automatically and within 3 weeks over 50% of our members have renewed their membership with 80% of these paying on-line, the fees being automatically credited to the club bank account. Fantastic! myClubhouse is extremely flexible and can be adapted to fit any club set up. They really do seem to have thought of everything. We have found it to be superior to other systems investigated including one specifically designed for sailing clubs and that says it all. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending myClubhouse.

No system is perfect but the advice, guidance and support offered by Simmetrics is second to none.If you are involved in club memberships or online event registration, then this is a fantastic system.
