Misleading product reviews

Not happy with the product and I posted my review on the Myer website. It never shows up in that product page and you will only find 2 good ratings (4 and 5 stars)there. Their online product reviews are misleading while they cancel negative comments to show a very positive overall rating.
They also source cotton products from China where forced labour and genocide against Uyghurs are reported by credible new channels including BBC. Our society can do better than that!

Substandard online click & collect service

The click and collect service offers no advice for when you can collect your items until you have already paid for the items.Unlike most stores that allow immediate/30-minute collection, Myer doesn't let you collect until the following day. Not helpful at all if you are trying to reserve a limited stock item that you need to collect the same day. I really regret purchasing and haven't even collected items yet.

At Pacific Fair Meyer I looked to spend my $100 gift voucher from a friend. Meyer added to that a $15 birthday voucher through the App.I'd shopped at that Meyer branch several days before and purchased several items from the Review brand. An assistant stated to return once I receive my Meyer birthday voucher to put towards another item (Review) I did not purchase that day. Which I did. It became confusing as had multiple assistance telling me I wasn't able to use Meyer voucher in app with a Review purchase. I paid the difference using my personal $100 voucher etc. Shopping for accessories another assistant clarified I COULD use Meyer $15 on any store product. After multiple conversations explaining what I heard I was made to feel troublesome and annoying to original assistance. Still told I and other assistant was wrong!! In the end assistant that told me to use $15 on original Review purchase of that day could and would and did process at her register. It took less than 5 mins but I'd been in store over 2hrs trying on things I didnt want. I made a specific trip for a Review purchase only. I left feeling really flat and teary as my birthday experience was exhausting and trying. Training and by going to assistant who gave me the right info would have gone a long way to showing me respect. Rather than leaving me to spin around on one leg.

What happened to MYER. Service is so poor. Tried phoning customer service regarding a faulty product.Impossible to email or phone. Finally phoned the store which I made the purchase. Was on hold for 15 minutes while she served customers. Once this problem with my purchase is solved I will not be dealing with MYER again and will not be giving MYER gift cards. So sad that an icon can be so bad.

Exceptional service from Robert, Assistant Store Manager at Myer Bankstown.
When I visited Myer Bankstown 4 weeks ago to make a purchase,at the registers I tried to pay for part of it with a Myer returns card which I found that day that it had expired.
I rang the 1300 number at the back of the card to tell them what happened and explain that I wasn’t aware that the returns card expire in one year instead of the 3 years for a gift card.
The man at the other end was very blunt, was not listening to what I was saying and said that there is nothing that I can do about it and there are no exceptions, I asked him if i can take the matter further, or speak to a manager, he said that he was the manager.
I almost gave up, but after few calls/emails to head office by my daughter, Robert ,Assistant Store Manager at Myer Bankstown, contacted my daughter he was very prompt, professional& understanding, he resolved the issue without any dramas and happily replaced the expired returned card.
Robert is a great asset to Myer, with his outstanding customer service and listening skills.
I really couldn’t thank him enough for his amazing service and great manners too ?

Today I attended the Shoe Dept at Myer Eastland Vic. Karen served me and I have to say her Customer Service was exceptional.Karen was very busy with a customer on the phone and customers in the dept. She was calm, achknowleged waiting customers and attended to the phone call, making sure everyone knew she would be with them as soon as she was able. No one felt ignored, which is sometimes the case when the Dept is busy. Even though she was very busy, Karen patiently helped me, suggested different styles and made me feel comfortable. Karen is a credit to Myer.
