Used this years ago. Norton now tell me my e-mail and password was hacked by them on the dark web.Company should be closed down in my opinion.

Awful!! looked at free version a year ago, didnt use, thought cancelled just been charged on google subcription for a years subscription i dont want,no way of contacting email or phone worse it still keeps looking for me to upgrade to premium even thought they have taken the money out of my account so DONT EVEN have the service and no way of rectifying, first complaint iv ever written in my life pushed all wrong buttons COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! Dont even try or open to look at!!!!

MyFitnessPal is easy to use and helps track calories, exercise, and water intake. However,the free version only lasts for a while before they begin pushing for purchase, which I wasn't interested in. The most annoying part is that, 6 months after deleting the app and account, I am still constantly spammed by their emails. I've unsubscribed dozens of times to no avail.

Poorly considered app. The nutritional data is user-submitted and is often wrong since MFP don't reviewthe input.
MFP hides your data behind a paywall so you have to fork out to export your information.

my data got stolen from them, as I have a norton security attached to my system and it scans the dark web.And now get emails trying to blackmail me.
Fitness pal won't do anything apart from when prompted from me to delete my account they did.

Didnt see anything beneficial with the premium plan, if you are looking for weight loss/ maintenance,I would recommend stick to the free plan or try the 30 day free trial. In my opinion, it is a waste of money

I have been using the app since mid June 2020 and lost 32 pounds so about 4 pounds a month which may not sound like much but its a slow steady loss which I am happy with.Could it have been more? Possibly but its not a sprint but more of a change and to count everything I eat. I only use the free app and that is good enough. I use it as a means of keeping track of everything I eat, so sometimes the portions may not be accurate, but I scan labels where I can and try to weigh on a scale most meals.
The results show in my body and clothes and the best part is when people notice the weight loss
