I ordered a toy for my niece's first Easter which was stated to arrive in 2 days (leaving plenty of time before Easter Sunday itself.)The product didn't arrive when stated and no one contacted me regarding it's late arrival. On the Thursday before Easter, I used the online web chat function to talk to a sales representative. They said the toy was still with them and would be dispatched the following day. I asked to cancel the order and they said that I couldn't (even although the toy was still with them at this point) and it would arrive the following Monday or at the latest Tuesday. It didn't, in fact, arrive until the following Thursday closer to two weeks after I ordered it.
I understand that due to covid, mail times etc... can be more unpredictable, however, customer service is key. All I would have asked is to be informed of it's late posting and potentially late arrival and have the option to then cancel the order if I no longer wanted it. The person I spoke to was not at all compassionate to my situation and I think that this only aggregated the situation.
Often you're buying baby toys for important events : birthdays, Christmas etc... so it becomes all of the more important that communication as to when they arrive is forthcoming.
I think that Natural Baby Shower would do well to improve their customer service as I really support what they are trying to do as a business but would not now buy from them again.read more

Ordered a Bumbo step n potty, unfortunately it was broken in transit.
I emailed customer service andGabby was quick to respond and provided a return label and sent out a replacement 48hr tracked by Royal Mail.

Pathetic handling of orders

No communication after the order is made, I had to follow up 3 times and only one week later I was told that 1 item from the order they do not have stock,so I cancelled this item and ask them to ship the rest. In the mean time I had to source it from somewhere else. And one day later, they tell me, o, sorry, they made a mistake, it was another item that they do not have stock, not the one they mentioned the day before......what a mess, not sure how they do business in such a terrible way. Now I have bought 2 same items because of their mistake.read more
