My interaction with Neat required that Representative, Ramon, needed to place a return call to me.Ramon attempted to place the call at precisely the moment we had agreed upon. However my phone is set to reject all unknown callers and I had failed to enter Neat to my contacts. Attempts to call between Ramon and I continued until we made contact and completed the set up of my Neat account. Two other Representatives at Neat helped Ramon and I to make contact. This level of diligence and cooperation of the staff at Neat is something rarely witnessed today; Ramon, and his colleagues need to be commended for the manner in which they handled this situation. My only regret is that I am unable to award six stars as a rating for Ramon.

I did not have to wait long for an agent. The agent, May Ann G., was professional and courteous.She did not show irritation at my lack of technical expertise, and did what she could to solve my problem. The problem remains, but she gave me clear instructions and a demonstration of how to "get around" it.

Liza was wonderful! She was beyond patient and worked tirelessly over 3 days to get my files transferred to the cloud and then to my new computer.I have no doubt that a lesser tech would have given up the fight. She was courteous, resourceful and very aware of my time. I would request her time and time again for any assistance that I may need. When it is time to upgrade, I will work with her to do so. But right now I am not able to do so. She is a gem. Do not lose her!
