Betrugsmasche / Scam within the EU and therefore legally actionable

Es handelt sich um eine große Betrugsmasche, die durch die Person Aleksandar Stanic innerhalb der EU registriert und damit nach europäischen Recht juristisch haftbar ist,gerade auch was die Themen EU-Rückgaberecht oder EU Schutz vor irreführender Werbung angeht. Die von mir bestellte Zahnpasta, die sich nach nachträglicher Recherche (hier liegt der Fehler absolut auf meiner Seite) als absolut unwirksames Produkt herausstellte, liegt bis heute bei mir und ich wurde schon mehrmals mit der Begründung, man warte auf die interne Freigabe der Rücksendung, in Schach gehalten, was mit zeigt, dass die Produkte zwar versendet aber nicht mehr zurückgenommen werden, was die grundlegenden Merkmale einer betrügerischen Firma sind. Ich hatte meine Bestellung innerhalb eines Tages und damit 3 Werktage vor dem Versand an allen mir zugänglichen E-Mail-Adressen (inklusive der E-Mail-Adresse des Warenlagers in China) nach EU-Recht storniert, was bewusst von der Firma und Ihren Mithelfern mutmaßlich bewusst ignoriert wurde. Auch dies ist ein weiteres Zeichen für eine Betrugsmasche. Nachdem das Produkt bei mir ankam, wurde mir von „Peter“ gesagt, dass ich die Unversehrtheit des Produktes mithilfe von Fotos beweisen musste, was ich auch tat und was mir schriftlich gottseidank auch bestätigt wurde. Danach sollte angeblich die Abteilung Rücknahme meine Rücksendung bestätigen, um mir dann einen Rücksendeschein zu senden. Hierauf warte ich seit 2 Monaten! Die Firma ist betrügerisch und ihre Geschäftsverhalten sind nach Einschätzung mehrerer Juristen höchstwahrscheinlich auch nicht legal, zumindest was die Einhaltung gängiger EU-Gesetze angeht! Kauft nicht bei dieser Firma und wehrt euch (ich werde neben juristischen Schritten, auch so viele ihrer digitalen „Aktivitäten“ wie möglich finden und mögliche Opfer dieser Betrugsmasche davor warnen…mithilfe einer etablierten, deutschen „Hacker“-Gruppe)! This is a big scam, which is registered by the person Aleksandar Stanic (i've found his email-adress) within the EU and therefore legally liable according to European law, especially concerning the topics EU right of return or EU protection against misleading advertising. The toothpaste I ordered, which turned out to be an absolutely ineffective product after subsequent research (here the fault is absolutely on my side), is still with me today and I have already been held at bay several times with the reason that they are waiting for the internal release of the return, which shows with that the products are sent but not taken back, which are the basic characteristics of a fraudulent company. I had cancelled my order within one day and thus 3 working days before shipment to all email addresses accessible to me (including the email address of the warehouse in China) according to EU law, which was deliberately ignored by the company and your fellow helpers presumably. This is another sign of a scam. After the product arrived, I was told by "Peter" that I had to prove the integrity of the product with the help of photos, which I did and which was also confirmed to me in writing, thank God. After that, the returns department was supposed to confirm my return and then send me a return bill. I have been waiting for this for 2 months! The company is fraudulent and its business behavior is most likely not legal either, according to several lawyers, at least as far as compliance with common EU laws is concerned! Do not buy from this company and fight back (I will, besides legal action, also find as many of their digital "activities" as possible and warn possible victims of this scam...with the help of an established German "hacker" group)!
