NGR is a reforestation company with a big family feel. Established in 1985, we strive to both provide quality tree planting services to our valued clients and provide a respectful, quality work environment for our valued planters. NGR offers a respectful atmosphere, wonderful food and a long season. Along with the silviculture community at large, NGR is working to make planting better for planters - pushing for higher piece rates and elimination of camp costs. We work mainly in remote bush camps, providing excellent food and fantastic reliable hot showers. As a veteran planter, NGR offers experienced and effective uncommissioned staff members who will ensure you have ample land and opportunity to make money. Across the company, our staff averages 13 years of experience across 18 staff members - this is experience as field staff apart from planting. Our tree prices are competitive and our ground fast. NGR offers wholesome and gourmet food - check out our instagram for some mouthwatering media. At NGR, you will find a season longer than most, averaging 70 working days across the company in 2018, providing a more stable source of income for your off-season pursuits. As a new planter, NGR is a respectful and effective place to learn. In 2019 we will be implementing a new set of coaching strategies to get you up and planting and earning big dollars faster. You will have 3 weeks to start earning above minimum wage and we will be there along side you the whole way. All of your training hours will be compensated and individual time will be spent with new recruits to enhance your learning. NGR is committed to safe practices and continual improvement therein. NGR also strives to ensure we are following all current applicable OH&S and Labor law regulations and guidelines - this includes a comprehensive Workplace Bullying and Harassment Policy, minimum wage top ups and up-to-date safety practices.
