Norstrom rack has extremely poor customer service plus I had a face shield but that was not enough for the mask Nazis at Nordstrom rack!I understand social distancing and requiring face coverings but a face shield is just as effective as a mask so no more shopping at Nordstrom rack!!!

Ordered a pair of very expensive although deeply shoes online. This brand always comes with a box and dust bag.The shoes arrived in a plastic bag floating around in a shipping box. When I called cs they said that there is no guarantee that your shoes will have a box. Where on the website does it say that? The only option if I wanted a box was to return the pair and repurchase, THEY SOLD OUT. Called the local store they said no boxes because they're s discount store. I buy Nikes on sale and get a box. Terrible reasoning, and deceptive since they don't declare.

I brought 3 tote bags on clearance from the website, all under $20. I ordered them two weeks ago and haven’t received my order,yet I paid for full priced shipping. THEN, I received a email saying it was an inventory issue and I wouldn’t receive one of my tote bags. I was credited my money, but no tracking information to even see where my package is. I will NEVER order from the website again, the store is better because online SUCKS.

I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Nordstrom seems like they don't care for their customer or the feedback for that matter.I have experienced N number of times the shipping issues, they deliver after 15 days and that also I couldn't locate the package. After I talked to OneTrac (which they use) they told me they couldn't get much information so talk to Nordstrom for refund. After spending hours on customer service calls and not getting my package after a month of placing an order I get my refund. I get some courage to forgive and order again but yet it was another mistake. it says the package is delivered but I don't have it when I talk to customer representative they have nerve to tell me that's the best they can do and purchasing from Nordstrom Rack is up to my choice. I'm furious to see how useless their feedback system is. I mean I placed an order because I needed it and not getting it, going through trouble and spending hours on calls then conclusion being we can refund you like seriously???

What a horrible experience I had in this store. I've been a Nordstrom customer for over 20+ years.While standing in line to check out WITH A MASK ON I was getting very aggressive stares from a cashier. It started to make me extremely uncomfortable so of course I said "please stop staring at me it's making me uncomfortable." Right away one of the managers got in my face about wearing a mask. I was blown away by her response b/c I was wearing a mask. She continued to berate me while in line all awhile I'm saying "I have a mask on I have a mask on!!" She then tries to kick me out of the store in which I would not leave because I wasn't doing anything wrong. When I finally get to a cashier another manager starts yelling at her cashier not to ring me up. The poor cashier being put in that situation. Of course I got upset b/c the amount of aggression that was shown towards me by these 2 women was appalling. When I left the store, obviously very shaken up I called higher up to complain and let them know how I was treated. However, that was a mistake too b/c I was berated even more by this women. This was the most horrific experience I have ever had at any retail store. Not to mention the store has completely gone to trash. I mean I thought I was shopping at a Ross it was so bad. I see from other reviews I am not the only one who has been bullied and harassed by this management team. I will never be shopping there again and will be letting my entire community know the horrible experience I had there. You should be ashamed Nordstrom.

Terrible experience at Nordstrom Rack in Tucson Az. The young girl at the CS desk was extremely rude when two tops unworn with tags did not pull up under the 60 day return policy.She proceeded to search further and did not find the tops up to 4 months. Yes possible it was 5 months ago. I shop there frequently and never spend less than $200. She came off completely condescending and completely unprofessional in her approach. It wasn’t a typical Nordstrom experience, therefore I was very disappointed!!
Little did she know she was dealing with a local business owner who prides her business on excellence in that department. Little did she know I was also prepared and looking to spend hundreds of dollars that evening. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will continue take my business elsewhere.

I am absolutely 110% disgusted in the racial discrimination that goes on at Nordstrom rack.Today my fiancé and I decided to go shopping for some new summer things not to mention I’m white and he’s African American. We were followed to every section of the store that we went to, I was even followed into the bathroom! We had no intentions of stealing, we have plenty of funds for our needs. After making our way to the checkout is when we really noticed she thought we were stealing, she stood right in front of the front doors as if we were gonna run out with the stuff. Absolutely disgusted. As we left she said have a nice night and a very rude like tone. Once we went back to the car I sat for a minute and just couldn’t bare to leave without saying something to her. I went back into the store to buy another pair of shoes and this time I was watching her and yep, from the time I walked in the second time from the time I walked out it was all eyes on me. The second time I walked Past her she once again said “have a nice day and she said it in such a horribly mean way I stopped, looked at her and said yeah,yeah I hope you have a good day too, damn racist. She said “at least I’m skinny”. Overall this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at my favorite store. I will not let this go and this girl will get exactly what she deserves if you guys actually do something about this. My fiancé deserves a huge apology. The cameras should show exactly what I mean. Location : Nordstrom rack in Woodbury Minnesota. The female security guard with long hair. I want justice, people of color deserve justice and nobody deserves what this women did to us today. Geevy Thomas, I expect you to investigate this happened Monday March 22nd 2021. Between 630-7pm.

Hi, I bought a pair of Designer shoes from Nordstrom Rack. It was around 300 dollars and when I got that it was damaged.i certanly contact with customer care and ask them can they replace it. They said that, they havent got the new ones which I can totally understand.
And I asked them kindly, can they offer me a discount of that because I like the shoes
They said no way, return back, this is not their responsibility.
I am a customer. I liked the product, bought it and paid for it. I fulfilled my responsibility, nordstrom rack did not. I checked my order again, it does not say that they are selling a damaged product.
No store in the USA ignores the fault of the product it sells or does not give this response to its customer. this is a big disappointment for me ..
The companies that previously sold defective products always made up for their mistakes. did not refrain from taking responsibility like them.
I never buy anything from Nordstrom Rack.
