OUTSTANDING Service!!! I ordered a lamp a few weeks ago, two days after the order it arrived and I loved it so much I bought a second.The second Lamp arrived but there was an issue and the light was much duller than the first I purchased even though I pushed the brightness to the max. I contacted the NOXU support team and provided pictures. Within a matter of days they had a replacement unit delivered which worked perfectly. I cannot speak anymore highly for a a quality product, great delivery service and amazing customer support! I will be back NOXU :)

Very smooth and easy process both time I ordered my sutikku lamps. The packages were delivered very fast in Tbilisi Georgia.The lamps are great and give a very warm feeling in my dining room. I have to add that I had a question regarding the use of the 2 lamps and the synchronicity of the remotes, it was answered at the speed of light by Olivia from the client service.

Noxu support is amazing! I had a lamp delivered damage and when I reached out, they did not hesitate to help me out.The lamp is an amazing addition to the room and it’s easy to get mesmerized by its light show! Highly recommend to anyone looking to add some light decoration to their room!

We purchased a lamp which was shipped and delivered very fast. After two weeks we had a problem and we contacted the customer service.They immediately replied and sent us a replacement. Excellent service.

Stay away! Lowest quality with a premium price tag

Please, do not buy this trash. This is obviously cheaply purchased Chinese crap that they then put their own brand on top of and sell at a premium.Similar brands that do the same thing and all sell the same lamps at wildly different price tags: Lumiour, Modern Motus, Leex Design - and properly many more. The lamps are of extremely low quality, and paying this much is absolutely unacceptable. I expected a premium lamp, but there is no app to make up for the awful remote control, the lights turn on and off by themselves, the modes are useless, and if you run the modes at a slow speed there is a headache inducing flicker present at all times. I’m just really disappointed overall. There is a great Twitter thread that should scare you off from this company - find user @dan_abramov on twitter. The only positive is their customer support. Shout out to customer service representative Fran. Absolute gem and has been the only positive experience with Noxu Design.
