I have to take the train every day to go to my work, and from the 5 days I take the train every week there are problems 3(which means that i’m late or I have no option to get to my destination), and later the only thing That changes are the prices more expensive? They should be ashamed

Customer service is literally the absolute worst, acting like they're going bankrupt in 3 minutes with no respect for anyone what so ever.Same goes to 75% of the conductors.

Lost my bag in the train, lost&found deliberately did not inform me of this untill I was liable for extra charges,despite the fact that I asked them to and left my email (on which they later reached me, when the extra charges had come in effect). When I asked customer support for an explanation, they tried to cover it up by lying. NS exclusively acts in bad faith. This is why you don't privatise the entire state.

The worst train service imaginable, rude and aggressive staff. Late trains, without announcement.Connections are timed with only a 2 minute transfer, I often arrive at one station and just before the doors open my connecting train leaves. Crappy

I have 6 pages full of complaints concerning the Dutch Railway, it is to much to post anywhere but Iwill contact other official departments in the Netherlands about their behavior. Without notice I am no longer able to pay for a montly ticket (International - grensabonnement). Now I have to pay for a full year for my son (a student). Their answer, you accepted the terms so I can not complain ... the other option was paying 400 till 500 EUR each month for loose tickets. With corona my son has no school so I am paying each month for a subscribtion to these thieves my son is not able to use. Legalised criminals by the Dutch goverment!
