Charlotte from Nudgify is a true game changer in customer service - absolutely incredible to work with.I tend to be a meticulous person, and when I get one question answered, it leads me to a million more questions. Yet, for over an hour (not exaggerating), after being asked question after question after question, she was always attentive, quick to respond the whole way through, and explained all of these complex and intricate things about the system in a way that was easy to grasp and make decisions on. Finally, after berating her with a million questions for over an hour, she made saying "yes" to Nudgify a no brainer. Thank you Charlotte for all your help! Best customer service I've received in quite some time. Amazing! She gets all the Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, all the gold medals ?????, and all the 1st place trophies ????? ... If anyone at Nudgify is listening to this, I'm telling you, this girl needs a raise, a promotion, and an all-expenses paid vacation! Simply superb. ?read more

Site is fairly clear and easy to use and setup, seems much more complete than alternatives like bekeeting or trustpulse - encountered an issue during trial,contacted support, instead of pulling me around for who knows how long (looking at you *every other service i've ever used* ) they debugged, asked for info, tested, and then accepted it was a problem on their end and *FIXED IT IN A TIMELY MANNER*. Icing on top, they even reset the trial!
I am not used to this, i feel like i'm in bizarro world or something.
Give these guys a raise.
Have yet to use it for more than a few hours, but if this is any indication, these guys are the ones you want to pay for this service.read more

Excellent, Excellent Service!! I am not 100% tech savvy and so I wanted help to set up nudgify.I reached out to the team and we tried to gets things going via chat. I'm glad I found Nudgify. There are many similar apps available, but most of them are very expensive,which is not profitable if you are just starting out. With Nudgify, I can start cheap for my site from scratch and hopefully grow quickly and upgrade my plans accordingly.read more

The best value I found for a social proof and custom notification app!
I was checking out several social proof apps with a reasonable price tag for a french professional services website.To cut things short: Nudgify is by far the best value for money that I could find.
Not only can you stream real Google business reviews but the custom nudges enable you to do something similar to exit intent pop-ups on desktop but on mobile where 70% of my client's traffic is coming from.
How? By triggering a special offer nudge after a certain amount of engagement time. Result: Almost 11% of mobile visitors that did not select another offer choose the special offer presented by the nudge. I did not expect that...
Furthermore it seems that the app is by far the most competitively priced. For just 29$ for unlimited traffic and all features it's a clear recommendation.read more
