TEN DAYS FOR A REFUND IF THEY FEELING GENEROUS

The Advertise shipping time are a roll of the dice. They claim that the shipping is vendor dependent,they won't offer expedited shipping. As punishment for cancelling orders they hold your funds for at least a calendar week. Unless you don't care when you get your product be aware that shipping times may be as long as four weeks. Nasty business practices.

Messed up my covid card lamination

I was pretty unhappy about the experience. I had just gotten my covid vaccination shots and wanted to get my card laminated.I come to this Office Depot (3535 Hollis Street, Emeryville, CA) and asked nicely for lamination. The man immediately said to sign a consent of release form so you can’t hold them liable, and then he took the card; when he came back the card was laminated but the information from my first shot (which was placed on the card with a sticker instead of manual handwriting) was completely black. He said to me oh, the heat from the lamination caused it to go black ... here you go. Because of my incident, I told family and friends not to get their cards laminated if they have information on stickers, but it was too late; they already went given that I’m the first person to share this news with them that Office Depot offers free covid card lamination. I found out from talking to my family and friends that their stores 1. did not make them sign any consent form and 2. the associates were kind enough to tell them to take photos of their cards before hand AS WELL AS made them free copies of front and back of their covid cards, and 3. PLUS (note this) my uncle who had both dose information on stickers came out with PERFECT lamination of his covid card from his Office Depot. Mine was ruined. I hope this shows you the service that I received. I am still very angry.

I just recently visited the office depot on Mount Zion Road For the second time in two days and both experiences were terrible.The store closes at 8o’clock and it seems they shut down at 7o’clock giving you no service I’ll come in the next day and all the printers are down and they can’t print anything out saying that they’re backed up, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Exceptionally Unreliable- Use At Your Peril!

Ordered under desk filing cabinet. Didn't arrive on date agreed. Told 3 separate times by phone that it would arrive next day- didn't- wasted 4 days in.Didn't answer emails including money back please- complained via Paypal- they still didn't reply so Paypal have refunded automatically. Suggest: don't use + many thanks Paypal.

This company sucks! I bought a Lenovo computer from them which was delivered not working.I asked for a refund and they told me I had to wait 4 days for them to pick it up and then wait another 7 days for my refund. Then they hung up on me when I asked to speak to the supervisor. I will never buy from this company ever again. They suck!!!

The worst service ever!! I bought a computer desk which I no longer wanted because I noticed after it contain lead.I cancel my order before it shipped, and got a confirmation code of cancellation, they still sent it!!! Okay, so I contact them, and they told me they will have someone come from 8am to 5pm time frame, mind you, that is a huge time frame, so we can not plan anything for our day. No body came! We told them again, okay second time, nobody came again! We called and just told them can you just give us a return label, we will do it ourselves and they said they can’t so they scheduled someone to come for the third time that someone will be here for sure. Once again, nobody came, I really don’t know what to do at this point with the computer desk, I never opened the box, it is just not right. Never order from this website!! I do not recommend this place at all.

Wished that I found this before ordering from Office Depot. Was promised my package but did not arrive.Agent now tells me the item is out of stock because of COVID-19. Funny thing is I see on Reddit even the agents don’t believe what they are saying.... cancelled order with no confirmation. Company can pay for google ads to be at top of search result while keeping customer advance payment as hostage. If no refund within the next week I will request charge back from bank
