SCAM. One Class takes advantage of students

Please do not trust the positive reviews, most of them are fake. As many others stated, this company is a scam.They stole my money multiple times even after I canceled my subscription and deleted my account (which I deleted after they overcharged me and understood this was a scam). I had to cancel my credit card because of the number of times this happened (EVEN AFTER DELETING MY WHOLE ACCOUNT). Please do not use this company, they are truly horrible. Don't even get me started on their terrible customer service, they are so defensive when confronted and will lie non-stop to try to keep the money they stole. I had soooo many back and forth with them, they would often ignore me, or give rude and half responses. When I threaten legal action they only refunded part of what they took. My experience with them was so chaotic, unprofessional, and scary. When you leave a bad review they're suddenly quick to answer and act as if they care (see their Google reviews). Please please do not spend your money on this scam, it is truly not worth the course notes you *might* find.

Absolutely absurd how you have to pay for an entire year to cancel a subscription.There was no reminder email sent before my card was charged, no way to modify a subscription plan. I do not recommend this service, the notes on there were useless and clearly this is a scam for more money.

I purchased this for my daughter who was entering her freshman year of college. She said the website was useless and she did not use it (her classes are heavy on math and science).Before her sophomore year of college, OneClass NEVER sent a reminder email stating that the renewal subscription was coming due (which is a common practice) and automatically charged my credit card. That same day I asked for it to be cancelled and they refused and lied during the dispute process. Based on my experience, OneClass is an unethical company and willing to take advantage of customers.

Terrible! I paid for an annual fee last year and they have still been charging monthly membership fees.That’s $31 a month since January for no reason!! I can’t stop the payments and I am not receiving replies to my emails and there isn’t a number listed, it is so difficult to get in contact with anyone.

I needed a study guide for a specific class, and to gain access I noticed I could pay for a one month or one time subscription.That was my plan - I was willing to pay a one month fee for what I needed but was unfortunately charged $119USD to my card, coming out to a whopping $160CAD here in Canada. I quickly emailed customer support explaining that I am a student and this put me in financial distress (especially during this pandemic), and a service rep named Nikki Dang gave me a full refund. I know they do not do this often, so I am very grateful and satisfied with her help. I don't know what I would have done if I could not get my money back, as we are all already struggling to live during the COVID era. I made use of the study guide I needed, and I must say, this site does provide great notes and guides if you do need them. Unfortunate that they try to charge your card without your knowledge - I have read this on multiple platforms, but all in all I am satisfied with the service I received, even though they charged me unknowingly. I would use it again if I knew that I could pay for documents SEPARATELY, and not be charged a membership fee.

NOTE TO THE TEAM OF TRUST PILOT: THIS IS MY USERNAME ON YOUR WEBSITE AS WELL AS ON OneClas WEBSITE - OC3588406,I wanted to access Actuarial Science from Winters college. Before subscription, the keyword was supposed to be in the file, but after I brought the premium the keyword wasn't in the file.
SCAMMERS!!!! I am going to file a complaint against them if they don't refund my money! Very deceptive!!! I will make sure I will, please refund my $39.98 monthly subscription, the keyword I searched in the document before I upgraded showed a specific document, and once I purchased the keyword was missing!!! REFUND ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! I WILL FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST YOU GUYS FOR CLEAR DECEPTION IF YOU DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!
