This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For the price you pay for a bike and a monthly recurring subscription one would think customer service would be at least ok.Its non-existent! Peloton only cares about 1 thing. The money you send them, not their service or support.

Wouldn’t give any stars at all if I could. Disgusting customer service, I can’t even call it service,it’s been appalling.PLEASE seriously consider the many similar reviews on here before you part with a lot of money. They don’t respond at all, they are just not interested. I have resorted to messaging them on their Instagram page (which all looks very lovely). I wouldn’t have any of their products even if they were free!

After nearly 7 months I finally received my Peloton. They told me it would take 4, I was patient until about 5 months,after all everything takes longer to get to Hawaii. When my original delivery date came and went with no communication, I began to call, message, and try to determine the status of my order. I actually believe I was lied to multiple times. The tipping point was after the 6 month mark, I received an email from a customer service rep stating my bike was on island and I should call to schedule deliver. I called less than an hour later and the shipping company told me the same customer service representative told them my order was cancelled. There were 400 bikes delivered to the island and my order was cancelled! Then (!) I proceeded to get automated calls every day for a week telling me to call and schedule delivery. When I did they said, my order was cancelled. Not one Peloton customer service person was actually helpful giving the status of my order. My friend ordered his bike over a month after me and received his weeks before me. They gave him a monetary credit when he complained. I got a crappy hat and a water bottle for all my trouble. I believe Peloton should have compensated me with free classes for a year or a large credit on the cost of the bike. The purchase experience was a disaster and I expect better from this company.

24+ week delivery, still no bike.

Ordered my bike the first week of October 2020 and I am still waiting as of March 22, 2021.No responses or feedback has been given, no discounts, no reduced freights. Called customer service 10+ times where the end result is I either am hung up on, directed to call their shipping company who tells me to call peloton, or am told they will check with shipping and get back to me and then subsequently never call me or notify me of anything. Their original estimate was less than 3 months and in my last email I was told it now is estimated at 24 weeks...which is already come and gone. Genuinely the worst experience with customer support or a company that I have ever had.

Worst Delivery and Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced

Ordered Peloton 1/21/21 and paid in full. Received an email on 1/22 to call XPO Logistics to schedule delivery and did so,only to be told that because I am located in Hawaii, the National Assembly office in CA would call me within 24-48 hours which never happened, though I was told that the soonest delivery appears to be in April. I have since received 6 similar emails with the same non-results. At one point, I pushed to get the number for National Assembly. Same result, and worse. They had the gall to tell me that the docks were closed. Hellooo Peloton - Hawaii is functioning all and well receiving shipping deliveries. I asked if I could change (refund) my full payment to the 0% interest rate installment plan so that Peloton would not be sitting on my $2900+ without even the capacity to provide any substantive response. I was told that I had to cancel and place my order again, which would put me to the back of the line to receive my Peloton. The only upside is that the poor call agents are polite, though Peloton’s policy and delivery system makes them useless. I can also use their app. Whoopee....an exercise app for $2900. I am very close to canceling my order and getting the Norditrak or another competitor. I understand that there have been production delays but the fact that Peloton cannot even change me to the installment plan without penalty, or provide half-decent follow up to give me an actual honest update on expected delivery, gives me zero faith in their ability to help me if I have problems with the unit when and if it ever arrives (can they even deliver it in 2021?)
