I was signed up for a monthly subscription without my knowledge. It wasn't until I saw a $7 charge from them that I realized.The scary part is, I don't even remember giving them my card info. USE ANOTHER CONVERTER.read more

This website (and app though I haven't specifically tried the app) is very intuitive and easy to use.But the main reason I am writing this review is I have to say that this is some of the best customer service I have ever received. I purchased a 24 hour pass as I just needed to convert one file that a student submitted for their work during our online/remote learning. I had tried multiple free converters and was very frustrated as nothing was working. So I bucked up and finally paid for this one just because I needed to get the file opened/viewed and graded. Unfourtnetly I still couldn't get the file to convert but I reached out to the customer service email for help and or a refund. I have to be honest I was expecting not to get a response or get a very slow and unhelpful response. But was pleasantly surprised when I received a response in a day with a clear explanation of the issue and a full refund. I am so impressed with the work and customer service of this company!read more
