Terrible service and awful online banking

A while back I opened ISA accounts for myself and my wife. We received online banking packs to allow us to manage our accounts,great. We tried to use them, no luck, the website asked for details that were not provided etc so contacted customer support and eventually got logged in. Six month on, we try to login again, not able to do so as the website seems different and will not accept our userid/password etc, contact customer services and eventually get logged in. Another few months pass, try to login again, fail, invalid userid/password, contact customer services again who tell me that the accounts have been placed in dormant status and to reactivate them I need to visit a branch with proof of ID docs or courier docs to the branch. I live a long way from the nearest branch so this is really not possible and no such docs were needed to open the accounts. Currently trying to contact the Harrow branch whose hours of business are 10:00-14:00 Monday to Friday but so far have been closed since I have been trying from 11:00 to 13:00 on a Monday. Absolutely abysmal service and the most flaky and complicated online banking website I have ever used. Not sure how to get my hands on my money now, really annoyed.read more

These people are fools, ignorant, inefficient, stupid, will cut you off mid phone call; they have an automatic TPIN (telephone PIN)generating system which never works and then cuts you off sending you back to the help line to speak to another bone head.
This is my second review of these fools. I feel the need to write it because I have just wasted 3/4 of an hour trying to speak to these bone heads.read more
