This company has the worst after sales service ever, don't understand UK law and legal rights on faultyphones.
I'm now having to take legal action against them,as they really don't care about customers.read more

Don't recommend this phone.
I purchased an oppo reno z 5g.
Depending on your preference, this could be a good phone.
If you're happy for everything to run in the background and not bothered about customising settings so statistics aren't sent to Google and other companies, it's for you.
Otherwise steer clear.
Pros:
Nice design
Not too expensive
No lag issues so good performance
Storage space plentiful
Cons:
Alarm
Do not disturb dysfunctional
Duplicated apps installed
Can't uninstall or disabled extra apps
Do not disturb makes a notification sound when it switches itself on (not good if you're drifting off) but I still hear alerts with email, messages etc when it's on (4am once!) so instead I have to MANUALLY switch my phone on silent and try and remember to switch it back in the morning.
Not a HUGE inconvenience, but still not nice having an option you've previously had taken away.
Which leads to the alarm...
Only has the option to "snooze" twice.
Wouldn't say the battery is better than my previous phone (Moto 4g plus)
But maybe because it didn't install a pointless skin over the top of android adding duplicate apps you can't disable.
The sound quality is not great. Comes from the bottom (quiet if you rest your phone on yourself)
And annoyingly, can be typing, and you'll hit the "home" button when pressing space.
All these annoying things add up.
Moto I had 3 years and still fine, just wanted to treat myself to better phone, with a better camera, a compass, faster charging (which is negligible) and longer lasting (which it isn't)
Trade off wasn't worth it.
Already want to get rid of it (after less than a month)read more

Finally a handset I can say I am happy to hold in my hand. I've had so many phones over the years and it's always been a frustrating part where it leaves fingerprint marks on.Well, now I don't have to worry about it as when I upgraded my phone I told the sales assistant that I use my phone often and I like to keep it clean and hate cleaning it every time so he ended up recommending me the X3 Neo. The sales assistant was really good and helped me transfer all my pictures and phone numbers over and it happened so fast. My family love the handset and said it was the perfect phone for me as I am a bit of a clean freak I must say.
I love playing games on my phone and the sales assistant showed me a way to make sure I get the best gaming experience ever by turning this game mode thing on. When I turned it on, as I started playing Wild Rift the game was running so smooth I was actually shocked by it. It made a massive difference in my opinion and didn't have any lag whatsoever, now being a gamer on mobile phones I can tell you I now can't live without this, so helped me win many rounds with my friends.
Overall, the service in-store was amazing and I'm so glad the sales assistant sold me this device as I got a lot more features that I needed which I didn't realise they had. My brother loved it so much for what the camera can do on this phone he ended up taking it for a trial for a day and then he literally upgraded his phone 24hrs later. I knew he would fall in love with it the second he gets his hands on with one.read more

I have the X3 Pro and it's an amazing phone. I was worried about it being different or more difficult to use compared with my last phone but it's excellent and easy to use.Not really any different to what I was used to.
The camera is amazing, especially the microscope lens. Bit of fun and keeps the kids occupied whilst I do bits around the house. That being said, the charging is unbelievable. Having my kids wanting to use it all the time they can get through enough of my battery that I wouldn't normally take my phone out of the house without almost full charge. I can top it up in minutes before I leave so there's another less worry.read more

Really surprised at the quality of the handset and how user friendly it is as I often let my nieces and nephews use my device and they were able to navigate it easily.

*I'm getting 60-70 MGBS!!!! At peak times, and over 100 at night. And that's not even always on 5G....That's 4.5G, and that's indoors as well, truly astonishing. (And this is a reliable, true reading as I have tried various different internet speed checker sites and software and they all come up with pretty much the same speeds.)
My mobile internet (and phone) is powerful and quick enough to play games on my phone AND tablet via Google stadia and Xbox remote play, and that's me tethering my internet from my OPPO to tablet, truly remarkable. The most stable, and quickest internet I've ever experienced on a phone (and quicker than most broadband!!!)
Got the OPPO Reno4 Z 5G and wow, what a phone!!!!! Truly, truly amazing. 8GB ram, 128GB Storage, 120hz Refresh rate, the screen is amazingly crisp and bright, and obviously the fact that it is 5G ready!
Honestly, if you are considering the OPPO, do it!!!
