Awful - I have used the same password for 5 years all for it one day to tell me it has locked me out,it has all of my old information on there as security reasons which I just updated, it keeps rejecting me when I am giving loads of information - I have really important information on there - You can't talk to humans unless you dial and click on the wrong options which when I finally did get through to a man he rudely hung up on me????!!! I feel as though this happens every 5 years or so it will let me login normally then one day the software messes up and locks me out?? SORT IT OUT

I was 12 years old I had somebody f****** hack my account just to give me one of those strip tease soI give them a credit card when I refused they hacked both my emails which MSN refused to help me with. so now I went ahead and created another account without look for PSN because unfortunately another hacker screwed that up for me so I go online make a new Outlook account and register with PSN and it sends a verification email then I go to sign into Outlook and Outlook tells me my account does not exist I go first the support and I got no help just nothing but automated messages and everything this is a terrible company should be shut down.

Where do I start? Signed up for one month free trial which I cancelled before the deadline yet I was still billed for a years subscription.I’ve been on live chat for over 2 hours this evening and every time I ask for a refund they cut the live chat off. Same thing happened several times yesterday and the day before. I have never experienced the likes of this company before- my advice is to avoid them. If I could give them no stars I would. Eventually got things sorted in the end but that was only because of sheer persistence.
