Used to order a lot, then Brexit happened.
For a 60eur order, being asked to pay 50eur in taxes is rendering the entire operation just pointless.
Shame,because I liked this shop, but I will decline the package and never order there again.

Well, slightly embarrassing really!
I had bought a Pico Explorer board and had trouble getting it to work properly,their customer service was excellent and we soon realised that there was a fault on the board. They immediately offered to send me a replacement - without me having to return the original!
However when I looked for the order number I saw that I had actually bought it from a different company. They were very gracious and laughed it off but I was very embarrassed, the customer care person (Hel) spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue. I have now ordered more products from them and if the level of service stays the same, they will be my 'one stop shop' for electronics parts.

Have ordered from Pimoroni recently and the shipping price is very high for what are sometimes low cost parts.The parts did arrive in good time and without issue though.

I was a happy customer multiple times here, but my latest order as a EU customer was a total fail.Lead time doubled, I had to pay taxes, customs AND import fees (summed up to 28 EUR extra for a 80 EUR order) , I'm also not getting answers from support any more. No notice or warnings about the extra costs during the checkout process. I still like their products, but I will never again order here.

I have no experience with their customer services as theyhave been successful in delivering what was purchased both times now.
Delivery was quick.
