My account has been debited 02.08.21… solutely garbage My order number is HBPT00564801 AND HELPLINE#919 939 25 FOUR FOUR this clothing is absolutely garbage,cheaply stitched and rough cuts on the cloth everywhere. They can never get anything right. I ordered six items and three were the wrong size. My wife is 42 D and should fit the XL that says up to 43 1/3 inches. She barely got it over her shoulder! Then I ordered green with white polkadot sundress, xl on tag, and didn’t even bother trying on because when I did measure it it was barely 37 inches and that too is supposed to be an extra large i wanted to return it for refund i sent an email and they sent this number for customer service i contacted the customer service the customer service team is literally amazing, and with very quick responses, thanks !!Thank you customer service for helping me to return the Grab

Pink Lily is one of my favorite boutiques. I have ordered so many great pieces over the last few years and have been very happy with the quality.Clothing is reasonably priced and you can get great deals if you sign up for pink perks or catch one of their sales.

Really love the clothes from here! I’ve gotten a few items (out of a whole lot that I’ve ordered)that were damaged, but customer service is always wonderful and ships a replacement item or does an exchange for me! The process is very simple and everyone is always very helpful!

EXCELLENT customer service! I had a ring that was missing a stud and I immediately emailed customer service about the issue.Within minutes someone (Yzza) reached out to me to assist. I only had to send a picture of the item. They immediately set up a replacement item to be shipped. What makes my experience even better was all of this took place after hours. This was such a small issue but regardless the customer service was fantastic.

I hadn’t received order confirmation emails when I originally placed 2 consecutive orders.I reached out to customer service and almost immediately got a response and they “re”sent my confirmations. I got those ones! Great customer service and response time! ANOTHER reason why I love pink lily!!!!
