Absolutely shitshow of a site. You cannot unsubsrcibe from the newsletter as even if you do,you will get spammed by it. You cannot delete your account by yourself so you have to contact support. If you go into their frequently asked questions, you will see a topic "How can I delete my account" which will take you to their support main page without telling you anything how to delete the account. Absolutely horrible site.

I have been trying to use this site for a while now and they keep making up new BS reasons not accept my pngs.They are crystal clear and up to 5000x5000. Really beautiful work that I spend hours on. - All wasted here. - Unlike other sites, they refuse your submissions no matter how consistently you follow their ever changing guidelines. They even make you wait until you earn over $100 to be able to withdraw your hard earned money! Since they only give you 1 or 2 cents per download of your work, this is an absolute waste. I just had another beautiful work rejected and the reason they provided in the rejection didn't even make sense! The site said REJECTED: to ensure originality, please resubmit later?! What?! Why? So you can reject it again? They do this to me all of the time. I've only been able to successfully upload a handful of things. It's absolute BS. If you are a serious artist and want to earn money for your hard work, don't be taken advantage of...submit your work to other sites that are considerate of your hours of hard work and will pay you fairly. DO NOT waste your time with this scam.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, they don't care about the customers.Their replies are so rude. I have been trying to subscribe to a premium plan, but website says payment was declined, tried different cards still the same error I got. When I message them to report the problem they take so long to reply. You know what reply I received from them? they simply said try another payment method. I think this is company from China, all the uploaders have Chinese letter names, even though they don't disclose it. Never recommend they seem scammers.

They are scammers. Do not buy premium plans at discounted prices. They do not charge you at the rate they say they would.Instead, they charge you at a higher rate. Then they do not make refunds stating various bogus reasons.

GUYS DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS, I REQUEST 100X TIMES Invoice from them and they don't give invoice,they saying lies that am entering wrong physical address. I provide them with all my info (Phone, Email, Name, ID, date of registration) and they still refuse to give me invoice cause, i don't remember the physical address i used in the account..... REALLY NOW? They have the worst support a company can offer... not only that they 8 FROM 10 PNG images, they are not PNG, they mislead people! IT'S A SCAM COMPANY DON'T INVEST YOUR MONEY IN THAT CRAP SERVICES!
