Jiten was fantastic! We are a young family and so this was definitely not our area of expertise but Jiten was patient,thorough and keen to educate. We had about four conversations but the first two were over 30 mts each because we had a tonne of questions. After the first call I didn’t even bother to talk to any of the other brokers on my list because it was clear Jiten isn’t driven by “making the sale” but really believed in the value of the policies we were discussing.
